The Enneagram
EspañolDiscover the nine Enneagram types and their wings: a guide to knowing yourself better, understanding your motivations and growing personally and at work.
The Enneagram describes nine ways of seeing the world. It does not sort what you do; it sorts why you do it: what you are after, what you avoid and where your attention goes without you deciding. Two people can do the same job equally well for completely different reasons.
Knowing your type gives you a map. It explains why some tasks cost more than they should, what happens to you when the pressure rises and which version of you shows up when you feel secure. Every type has a bright side and a dark side; here we talk about both.

Each type has two wings, its neighbors on the circle, that shade how it is lived. Open a type to read how it thinks, how it works remotely and where it moves.
