Responsibilities

• Working with our Director of Client Services to provide the best possible experience for our clients. You'd be managing and growing your own book of business and scaling together.
• Retaining and building relationships with our clients. Doing highly analytical reporting on their campaign performance, and making tweaks to the strategy where needed.
• Learning the ins and outs of SEO, to be able to analyze client sites and make valuable recommendations.
• Creating orders and monitoring each step of their fulfillment.
• Creating new processes to streamline operations and fulfillment.
• Being the point of contact for your clients and resolving any issues with our team.
• Assisting with account management for existing clients. We have a great client retention rate and want to keep it that way. Our clients' successes are our priority.
• Adapting in the role as needed.

What We're Looking For: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant/Project Manager for a remote position. This role is pivotal in supporting the operations of the business and managing a wide range of administrative and executive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive project management process to handle various projects across the organization.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Handle administrative tasks such as setting up meetings, taking onboarding calls with community members, and managing communications across platforms.
• Correspond with vendors and clients, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
• Schedule posts for social profiles and manage content calendars.
• Create presentation decks and assist with preparing reports and data management.
• Implement and maintain procedures and administrative systems.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, including document preparation and logistics.
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and event arrangements.
• Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.

Must Haves:

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, strategies, and tools.
• Experience in setting up and streamlining project management processes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.

Salary & Opportunities:

• Part-time position starting at $500 - $1,000 per month (20-30 hours per week).
