How we handle your answers
Your answers are stored pseudonymously while you take the test and are linked to your account only when you choose to create one or sign in to see the result.
If you do not claim the result, your answers are deleted automatically 30 days after your last activity. You can also delete them at any time.
We use the answers to compute your result and, in aggregate and anonymously, to improve the test. We never use them to rank or screen out candidates.
