About Flowmingo AI

Flowmingo is a Y Combinator-backed startup (plus VinaCapital & top global investors) on a mission to democratize hiring. We believe the current hiring model is broken: recruiters only have time to interview 5% of applicants, leaving 95% of talent—the "hidden gems"—undiscovered. We are fixing this with an AI-native, high-volume interviewing platform. Our model is unique: we offer our tool for free to recruiters to capture the massive, uncontested markets of Southeast Asia, LATAM, and Africa. This allows us to process massive volumes of candidates that traditional, expensive platforms cannot touch.

About The Role

At Flowmingo, we don’t just "fill seats"—we build scalable hiring engines. As our Human Resources Executive, you aren't just a recruiter; you are a "Product Manager" for the candidate journey. Your challenge is to leverage Flowmingo’s own AI-native platform to identify the top 1% of talent who possess the systems thinking and high-agency mindset required to thrive in our flock.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Talent Engine: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles ranging from Engineering to Growth. You will screen, interview, and coordinate candidates using our proprietary AI engine.

  • Design Scalable Systems: Beyond execution, you will design and optimize recruitment workflows, ATS integrations, and evaluation frameworks to ensure operational speed and quality.

  • Partner with Leadership: Collaborate directly with Founders and Department Heads to define hiring needs, draft high-signal JDs, and establish rigorous skill assessment criteria.

  • Nurture Culture & Human Capital: Support a positive, high-performance working environment and oversee performance appraisal systems that drive growth.

  • Employer Branding: Act as a Flowmingo ambassador, clearly communicating our vision to "democratize hiring" to the global talent community.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for structured, high-agency operators.

You are a fit if you:

  • High-Agency & Ownership: You are a self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and brings innovative solutions to the table.

  • Systems Thinking: You think in frameworks and scalable processes, not just isolated tasks.

  • Communication Clarity: You communicate clearly and persuasively in written and verbal English.

  • Tech Curiosity: You are genuinely excited about AI and want to understand how our models work "under the hood" to revolutionize HR.

  • Professional Trajectory: You have 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment/HR within tech startups or high-growth agencies. Exceptionally high-potential fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

The "Flowmingo Factor"

  • User Empathy: You can put yourself in the candidate's shoes and turn complex hiring journeys into ridiculously intuitive experiences.

  • Data-Driven: You don't just read data; you question it. You analyze the hiring funnel to identify and fix bottlenecks before they become problems.

Why Join the Flock

  • Build a Legacy: Your work directly impacts how millions of people will be hired in the future.

  • Accelerated Growth: Experience unparalleled learning opportunities and fast-tracked advancement in a YC-backed environment.

  • High-Impact Projects: Engage in meaningful initiatives that shape company culture and significantly impact business success.

  • Fully Remote: Enjoy the flexibility of an async-first, global work model.

Application Process

We don’t believe in long, drawn-out processes, but we do screen for the top tier. Please click on the 'Apply Now' button to submit your application. If you're a good fit, we will inform you regarding the next steps within 1-3 working days.
