📋 Descripción General
Buscan un/a Accounts Payable Coordinator para procesar cuentas por pagar asegurando pagos a proveedores correctos y a tiempo, además de apoyar tareas administrativas y financieras relacionadas. El rol incluye verificación y codificación de facturas, conciliación de gastos, carga de documentos y apoyo en procesos de pago. Se requiere alta atención al detalle, confiabilidad y buen manejo de principios contables.
📋 Responsabilidades Principales
• Hacer match de facturas de proveedores con Purchase Orders y verificar precisión.
• Codificar facturas usando el Chart of Accounts (master spreadsheet).
• Indexar y subir facturas AP en DocuWare y Sage 300.
• Monitorear bandejas de AP y dar seguimiento a aprobaciones faltantes o POs no matcheadas.
• Obtener y revisar vendor statements para validar exactitud y resolver discrepancias.
• Procesar y conciliar expense reports de empleados según políticas internas.
• Identificar y reportar inconsistencias o violaciones de políticas a management.
• Ejecutar payment runs (cheques y ACH) y crear batches en Sage según reportes PPL aprobados.
• Verificar detalles de cheques (proveedor, montos, moneda) y enviar PPL con pagos al Transactional Accountant para aprobación.
• Asegurar que los cheques sean firmados y preparados para envío.

• Experiencia previa en Accounts Payable.
