Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Sales Coordinator to support a high-performing sales organization within a fast-moving U.S.-based consulting environment. This role is not a sales position—instead, it is a behind-the-scenes operational and administrative role designed to empower the sales team, optimize efficiency, and ensure data accuracy across core systems.

The Sales Coordinator will act as a task-master, process steward, and CRM champion, working closely with Managing Partners and members of the sales team to manage pipeline administration, maintain clean and accurate Salesforce data, coordinate internal activities, and ensure client and candidate documentation flows smoothly through the lifecycle.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, analytical, and service-oriented environment where precision, follow-through, and ownership are essential.

If this aligns with your strengths, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, metrics, notes, and documentation.
  • Generate and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to support visibility, forecasting, and team prioritization.
  • Perform routine data audits to ensure all required fields, updates, and compliance items are complete.

Sales Operations Support

  • Support the sales team in corporate processes, task prioritization, and workflow organization to help drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate account planning activities and keep documentation aligned with sales priorities.
  • Step in to support metric management, sales initiatives, and event coordination as requested by Managing Partners.

Internal Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, team huddles, and planning sessions, ensuring agendas and materials are prepared in advance.
  • Track and maintain action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep the sales organization running smoothly.

Client & Candidate Lifecycle Support

  • Serve as a coordination point for activities related to requisitions, interviews, placements, onboarding, and off-boarding.
  • Work closely with vendor partners, VMS platforms, and account teams to ensure operational compliance and timely updates.
  • Manage ATS activities, including candidate submissions, interview preparation materials, documentation tracking, and launch logistics for new placements.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Perform structured data entry and documentation management across sales, ATS, and CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and updates to support sales leadership visibility and decision-making.

Desired Traits & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, CRM management, or similar operational roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce (required) and familiarity with ATS tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and prioritize effectively.
  • Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset, comfortable taking ownership of tasks without needing constant guidance.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. CST/EST business hours.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Professional maturity, discretion, and reliability.

Why Join Us?

  • Work with a highly collaborative and people-focused U.S. consulting team.

  • Thrive in an environment that values clarity, accountability, and operational excellence.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Compensation will be disclosed during the first interview.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
