How we work

What we’re most proud of though is our brilliant, creative, and tenacious team. Our remote-first workplace means you’ll be working with Sendwavers in Europe, Africa, South America, and the U.S. that all share a core set of Sendwave values. What exactly are those values? Glad you asked.

  1. Prioritize fearlessly.
There will always be more problems to solve and opportunities to pursue than we have the capacity for. We’re not afraid to say no and are willing to let fires burn, knowing that to win we must discern and execute decisively on the vital few rather than the important many.
  2. Take full ownership of the outcomes we’re responsible for.
Our job is not to do what we can to solve a problem. It's to ensure that problem is solved. If an attempt to solve a problem doesn't work, we seek an alternative. If we need help, we request it, and, if necessary, demand it.
  3. Forge a diverse team and inclusive culture.
We believe the challenges we’re addressing will be best met by a truly global, diverse team, working together. We’re not naive to the systemic bias and discrimination that make this easier said than done, so we check our egos, listen deeply, and measure progress towards making this a fundamental part of our success.
  4. Maximize our rate of learning.
We view projects as ever-evolving drafts and welcome opportunities to discover that what we had in mind won't work so we can move to an even better end state. Most importantly, we do this fast. The faster we run these loops — as a company and individuals — the faster we’ll achieve our mission.
  5. Embrace embarrassing honesty from ourselves and others.
We function best when we're open and honest with one another — especially about our challenges and doubts. We lean into uncomfortable conversations and support our colleagues when they do the same.
  6. Maximize energy, not time spent.
We measure our own and others’ contributions by objectives reached, not time spent. Living a full life outside of work is necessary for high achievement over the long term.

  4. Work hand in hand with our digital marketing team, in charge of our paid channels. Use social media, community influencers, and any other methods you see fit to scale the business.
  5. Build and test new user acquisition strategies: Defining hypotheses, analyzing results, and iterating through new tests as we optimize our user acquisition machine.
  6. With your market launcher colleagues, build out our launch playbook further to become even faster and more successful in future markets.

Want to know what it's like to be a Market Launcher at Sendwave? We thought you'd never ask! Market Launchers are a key part of jumpstarting new communities of users. Check out
this video to hear more about the role.  In addition, we have linked the HIRING PROCESS HERE

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 3 years of work experience, working in fast-paced environments. You don't need to necessarily come from growth, marketing, or startup background. Successful team members have come from the Peace Corps, NGOs, strategy consulting, investment firms, and political campaigns.
  • Fluent in English
  • Native or fluent in another language such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic
  • Work authorization: You must possess the right to work in whichever country you apply from. We are not able to sponsor visas at this time.
  • Willingness to travel (25-50%) and some work on weekends if needed. Being close to the market you work with means being where the communities are. For example, attend community events, meet with partners, or do on-the-ground user research. - Don’t worry, our market launchers get their time to recharge. They can take days off during the week to make up for weekends, in fact - we make them!

You will be a successful Market Launcher if you

  • Love to be entrepreneurial. You’re able to do whatever it takes to make the market work. You possess strong habits keeping you energised as you chase specific growth targets over periods of weeks and months in a largely self-directed role.
  • Enjoy interacting with people and build relationships via every channel. IRL, over the phone, WhatsApp...
  • Are comfortable being scrappy, while staying critical when immersing yourself in the community via different channels.
  • Possess a bias toward action and testing, and are systematic, logical and critical in your approach.
  • Quickly absorb new cultural settings and understand how they might impact Sendwave's strategy
  • Are eager to take on an immersive role as this one will require evening and weekend work and a fair amount of travel.
  • Are persuasive and can convince others to pursue a course of action.

Bonus points if you:

  • Are familiar with the diaspora communities we serve.
  • Have experience meeting ambitious KPIs (ours is to bring new senders to the app).
  • Have experience launching your own projects.
  • Are fluent in the language of one of our diaspora communities.

Keys details:

  • Compensation:
    • Level 2  £ 56,135
    • Level 3 £ 72,100
  • 25-50% travel.
  • Location: London
  • Our company is 100% remote and has been since we were founded. Sendwave hires new team members in countries around the world. All of our roles are remote, however, some roles may carry specific location-based eligibility requirements. Our Recruiting team can help answer any questions about location as we move further into recruiting process. For this role, we are hiring in the US.
  • Major benefits:
    • Subsidized health insurance and retirement contribution matching (both vary from country to country)
    • 26 weeks of fully paid parental leave and subsidized fertility assistance
    • Unlimited vacation with a 20-day minimum requirement
    • $10,000 annual charitable donation matching

And best of all:

  • Our team of over 400 employees is fully distributed across the world. We are working from coffee shops, homes, and co-working spaces — making us one of the larger fully distributed growth-stage startups in the world.
  • We are proud parents, community organizers, farmers, band members, yoga teachers, YouTube influencers, former Olympians, and serial entrepreneurs.

Who We Are

Float is the world’s leading software for teams to plan their time and, behind it, is a world-class team looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Americas) in Mountain or Pacific time zones (note: candidates in South America, Canada or Mexico locations only please) to join us. From New York to the UK, Canada to South Africaour Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams work asynchronously, helping brands such as Airbnb, Buzzfeed, and Ogilvy plan and manage their time better. Float is self-funded, profitable, and growing. If you’re a go-getter, align with our values, and are looking to join a team that’s passionate about helping others work and live more productively, we want to hear from you. Here are a few tips from our CEO to make sure your resume stands out from the crowd.

Why We’re Hiring For This Role

Helping customers succeed requires a great product and support from a team of experts that can help facilitate and realize the product's potential. The quality in which we deliver support is one of our competitive advantages, and accelerates our opportunity to be successful as a category-leading service. At a fundamental level, it’s core to our service level offering that we provide customer support during typical business hours worldwide.

With our primary customer regions being EMEA and Americas, we look to have a full Support team that is able to tackle our inbound support requests and also identify opportunities to be proactive and improve the overall customer experience. Our team, although small, covers the full customer journey - from first learning how to use Float, setting up billing and invoices, troubleshooting bugs and issues, sharing feedback and feature requests, and assisting with account changes.

Our Director of Customer Success, Alison, explains the important role you will play within our Customer Success team. Watch this video.

You’ll be working asynchronously with a bright, dedicated team from across the globe, with a strong focus on finding solutions for our customer community.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Our support department is our front-line team who works hands-on with our customers to answer questions, provide troubleshooting for bugs and issues, and manage our inbound sales leads.

In the first few months your main priority will be:

  • Understanding the ins and outs of Float to become a product expert.
  • Take a shift of inbound tickets through Intercom and help address questions, feature requests, or bugs. The best way to learn is to jump right in!
  • Identify customer issues and bugs and provide detailed context for escalations to Tier 2.
  • Contribute to enhancing our existing support collateral (internal training library, FAQ content, macros) to improve the quality and efficiency of our responses.
  • Share feature requests from users in Canny and additional feedback to our Product team
As you’ve become more comfortable in the role you’ll:

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in how we address tickets or escalate issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams like Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product.
  • Create new content to improve the self-service model of support.
  • Have the opportunity to have a real impact on our growing team!

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

We want you to love your work and believe that these skills will allow you to succeed in the role.

Applying these skills requires:

  • Proven experience successfully working in a SaaS-based Customer Support team
  • Vibrant, clear, communication skills - delivers messages clearly and efficiently, and can speak to different skill-sets or knowledge levels
  • Expert with ticketing tools like Intercom (preferred, we use it), Zendesk, or Help Scout
  • Natural problem solver with a moderate understanding of technical concepts like APIs and finding errors in the Dev Tools in a browser
  • Comfortable using video, screenshots, or email to solve customer issues effectively
As a fully remote team, we’re looking for someone comfortable with asynchronous communication as the default, which means you have previous remote experience and are comfortable using tools like Slack, Loom, and Asana to communicate as needed. Don’t worry—you will have significant deep work time since we have very few meetings.

Why Join Us

We’re a global company with a diverse team of folks from all over the world who share a common belief in living our best work life. That includes a flexible asynchronous policy that allows you to work whenever you work best, minimal meetings, annual team meetups, and perks and benefits that support your personal health and well-being.

  • Home office expense budget
  • Co-working expense budget
  • Health & fitness budget
  • Annual team meetup - we’re headed to Chamonix in 2022!
  • Care for your community donation or leave
We understand that you probably want to learn a bit more about us as well, so here are some resources to get a sense of who we are and how we work:

The salary for this role is US $80k (Level 2). Here’s a blog post with more information on how we determine our salaries.

Note: Industry research shows that women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups generally don’t apply to jobs unless they check all the boxes for the role. If you feel strongly that you have what it takes for this role but don’t check 100% of the boxes—that’s okay—we encourage you to apply anyway and highlight what you can bring to the table.

Interview Process For This Role

You’ll find a lot of useful information about our interview process and what it’s like to join our global team on the Float careers page. The hiring process for this role looks like this:

  2. Technical Interview: This will include a hypothetical customer support scenario. This usually takes around an hour. We will provide you with all the information beforehand.
  3. Hiring Manager & Founder Interviews: You will be invited to a video call with the hiring manager and likely a follow-up call with Float’s CEO and co-founder, Glenn.

Our hiring process takes an average of 28 days from the first interview to a job offer (based on 2022 data). Our Talent team will be in touch each step of the way to ensure that you are well informed and aware of the next step in the process.

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications, we only contact candidates who have been shortlisted for the role. If you do not hear from us within 14 business days of submitting your application, we encourage you to apply for another role in the future. We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator, reporting to the Sales Operations Lead. They will work together with our Sales Operations team to provide Hotjar Sales teams with optimal conditions to maximize operational efficiency through reporting, setting up and maintaining processes and tools, and training the team.

This role is not only about how well you handle our Sales Operations tasks, but it’s also about how you lend your positivity and creativity, combined with your skill set to an energized environment and highly collaborative team.

You will:

  • Gather and facilitate feedback on existing and new processes that impact the Sales organization, and our cross-functional partners
  • Ensure all platforms and tools the Sales team utilizes are integrated and optimized for processes, reporting, and functionality.
  • Help ideate, create, maintain, and report on the dashboards and reports that allow insight into the teams’ performance and impact on our objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Marketing, Product, Support, Success, Compliance, and Sales teams with all things related to our systems and processes.
  • Build A/B test plans on new sales tactics and identify the best approaches
  • Manual data entry and data clean up

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a Sales Operations or Operations role
  • Have worked within a SaaS organization or understanding of the business
  • Experience with Salesforce required
  • Zendesk experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as project management and organizational skills
  • Experience successfully facilitating rigorous initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Curious with a desire to work in a respectful, transparent, and collaborative work environment, following Hotjar’s company values, culture, and ways of working.
  • Must submit to a background check confidentially processed by our third-party.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this role is $47,000 - $67,500 annually based on experience.

Our ranges are established after performing market research but the specific compensation amount of the offer will be determined based on relative experience, skills, and equity across the team. We encourage all candidates to read our Recruitment FAQs to further understand our approach to compensation and how we structure our contracts.

In addition to the monetary compensation, we provide all team members with an assortment of unique and popular perks valued at more than €10,000 a year, plus stock options and 40 days of annual leave. These have been chosen to reflect our values and ideals, be it encouraging constant learning with our Personal Development Budget, a great work/life balance with the Holiday Budget, or a happy, healthy team with our Wellbeing Budget.

Here at Hotjar, we welcome team members of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Working with respect is built into
our core values: we are honest, tolerant, and inclusive. We celebrate the uniqueness and strength found in diversity. We all commit to creating a safe working environment and are allies to those less privileged. And we fully believe that living by these values helps us to make our company, and our product, better.

We believe that life is more meaningful when you have the opportunity to create your best work. When we’re coming up with great ideas and moving projects forward at pace, we’re filled with positive energy and meaning. We’re empowered to create our best work.

But when teams share files for feedback, work descends into admin hell. Comments can come from any number of tools, channels and email chains, and dealing with the feedback can turn the simplest projects into a grueling marathon.

So we’re on a mission to create a seamless approval process that helps people deliver their best work. By helping people get their best work approved, we’ll transform the finish line into a moment of joy, excitement and celebration for every file – the way it should be.

Filestage is the world’s best-rated online proofing solution. Our software is used by over 500,000 people all over the world, across hundreds of industries. We’re a growing startup in a booming market, so we’ve got an exciting journey ahead of us.

What you’ll be working on as our Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer to bring our vision to life and shape a great experience for our customers.

Here are some of the things you’ll be doing in your first year at Filestage:

  • You’ll play a key role in defining the future of our category-leading SaaS product. This is an opportunity to have a big impact and to shape how we simplify the daily work-life of thousands of professionals.

  • You’ll be responsible for the entire product design lifecycle. You’ll carry out user research, gather insights, and develop your findings into a simple, easy-to-use interface – and you’ll also run post-release usability tests.

  • You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, partnering with engineering, design, and product teammates to turn complex problems into simple and intuitive product solutions.

  • You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers through user research. You’ll take a deep dive into their pain points, needs and use cases, empowering you to make well-informed design decisions – and you’ll also get to share your thought processes and become a huge advocate for our users.

  • You’ll create an outstanding experience for our customers. You’ll produce user-friendly, intuitive and delightful solutions by combining thorough design thinking with beautifully crafted UI design. You understand that simplicity is key, so you’ll iterate until you’ve found the easiest way for our users to achieve their goals.

  • You’ll help to evolve our design system, translating abstract concepts into patterns of reusable interactions and components.

Life at Filestage

We believe people are more productive when they can choose their own schedule. So we’re proud to offer fully-remote roles that give you the perfect balance between work and life.

Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to at Filestage:
  • Work from where you’re happiest and enjoy a flexible schedule. We’ve been fully remote from the start, giving you the opportunity to meet people all over the world and broaden your horizons.
    • For this role, we are looking for someone who works in the European time zone to make sure there’s a high time overlap with our team members, customers, and partners in Asia and the Americas.

  • Meet up in real life. We all travel together at least once a year (in normal times) at our team retreat to have fun and get to know each other.

  • Enjoy a strong team culture. We’re a group of knowledge seekers, reflective thinkers, clear communicators, goal owners, problem solvers and team players. These are the values we strive for to help us achieve our mission.

  • Join a happy team. We’ve been rated five stars on Glassdoor by our lovely team. You can take a look at our reviews here.

  • Create a workspace that suits you. You’ll get €1.000 to buy whatever you need to do your best work – including a computer, webcam or standing desk.

  • Get 30 days of holiday. Plenty of time for city breaks, summer escapes and everything in between.

  • Make your voice heard. We trust our team members to make the best decisions to achieve their goals, so you won’t have to put up with micromanagers here.

  • Say goodbye to pointless meetings. We practice what we preach when it comes to productivity, so you can expect flat hierarchies, fast iterations and no bullshit meetings.

What you’ll bring to the role

You have 3 years of experience working as a Product or UX Designer. Now you’re looking for a new and exciting challenge that has a huge (and positive) impact on the way people work.

Here are some of the things we’d like to see from you:
  • You have a holistic understanding of product design for digital or web-based products. You know what’s needed to build great products and can't wait to learn more.

  • You put a superior user experience at the heart of the product. You enjoy collaborating with designers, product managers and engineers to craft solutions with an outstanding user experience. You understand that the details matter.

  • You work well with lots of questions and few answers. No problem is too big or too hard. You take ownership and are able to bring things to completion in strong collaboration with your teammates.

  • You’re hungry to learn and strive to continuously improve, iterate, and integrate what you learn.

  • You’re a strong communicator and have experience collaborating with a distributed team.

  • You have empathy and resilience. You have empathy for our customers, to build a product they’ll love. You have empathy for our coworkers, to build a workplace we’ll love. And resilience to be able to take feedback from anywhere, consider it gracefully, and fold it into your thinking and your work.

How you'll help us achieve it

  • Work with our Market Launchers and Product Marketers to identify high-reach media and online opportunities to ensure we scale quickly and efficiently as we open new corridors and add new services.
  • Work creatively and diligently to source, negotiate, manage, and act as key contact for all aspects of partnerships with public figures and media channels focused specifically on the communities we target. This includes but is not limited to:

Requirements
  • Native or fluent English and French
  • Work authorisation: You must possess the right to work in the country you are applying for
  • Three+ years of work experience in sales or project management in a fast-paced working environment

You might be a good fit if you
  • Navigate networks confidently. You know how to rapidly find and engage with highly connected people to help you access large media partners
  • Build rapport easily with different types of people and maintain great relationships over time
  • Present a brand with confidence, answer hard questions, and generate positive sentiment
  • Negotiate competently and can persuade potential partners to try unique long-term partnership models
  • Enjoy owning and managing several projects simultaneously. In this role you would navigate and reprioritise between different types of activities including: research, strategy, negotiation, and serving as Sendwave’s ‘spokesperson’.
  • Have proven experience in project management of different sizes: from ideation to execution to collecting and analysing learnings and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Quickly absorb new cultural settings and understand how they might impact Sendwave's strategy

Bonus points if you
  • Are fluent in another language, example Haitian Creole, Arabic or Spanish
  • Are familiar with some of the diaspora communities we serve

Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. Sendwave is a place where everyone can thrive. So however you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to wake up every day.

Headquarters: Palo Alto, California

Aselo is a software platform for child helplines around the world. We build the software that enables helpline counselors to support children in crisis. A key part of an Aselo-based helpline is integration with local telecom carriers to provide a seamless experience for people who access the helpline via voice or SMS. We are looking for a program manager in a part-time (50%) capacity who can drive these integrations forward.

In this role you will:
  • When a helpline adopts Aselo as its new contact center platform, drive integration of voice and SMS as part of a successful launch. Coordinate with Aselo staff, local telecoms, the helpline, and technical experts to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Where needed, find and manage regional technical experts to carry out implementations. We expect to have implementations on six continents in 2023.
  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance and success of these implementations once helplines are live, and build a scalable process for handling accelerating growth.

You could be a great candidate for this role if you:
  • Have project management experience with VoIP integrations, especially Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) integrations using SIP, preferably with some of that experience outside North America and Europe
  • Have sufficient technical knowledge about VoIP technologies such as Asterisk, Kamailio, SBCs and SIP trunking to work effectively with engineers and technical experts
  • Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects
  • Possess organizational savvy: the ability to get things done working with multiple parties in complex organizations
  • Align with the Tech Matters values of Impact, Empathy, and Collaboration and its social impact mission

It would be great, but not necessary, if you:
  • Have experience specifically working with Twilio products and/or Amazon Web Services (Aselo runs on top of these services)
  • Have experience setting up VoIP technologies in more than one region of the world
  • Speak one or more major languages in addition to English
The position is entirely remote, though you can expect travel up to 20% of your time for in-person team events and customer visits. You can be based anywhere in the Americas, or in Europe or Africa provided you are willing to do evening calls with the rest of the team. You can also expect occasional calls outside of normal working hours in order to talk with partners around the world.

As this position involves international business travel, COVID-19 vaccinations are required. Travel will likely include countries where vaccinations or prophylaxis is recommended by health authorities (for example, yellow fever vaccination or anti-malarials).

Compensation
Intended compensation is roughly US$30 to $60 per hour. This is intended to be near-market compensation for those in less expensive locales, or perhaps a "low bono" charitable role for those in more expensive locales.

You should apply
Our users come from all kinds of communities, and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes our organization stronger in delivering social impact. We encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including people of color, LGBTQ people, and people with disabilities.

We know there are great candidates who might not check all of these boxes or who possess important skills we haven’t thought of. If that’s you, don’t hesitate to apply and tell us about yourself.

An important part of every application is a cover letter describing why this position and our mission particularly resonated with you.

About Aselo
Aselo is a rapidly growing social enterprise with the goal of helping 100 million kids in crisis all around the world by 2025. In partnership with Child Helpline International and its over 160 helpline members in nearly 140 countries, we operate an open source, cloud-based contact center platform built to give these crisis helplines the same technology power enjoyed by big corporate call centers. Aselo is now the production system for nine national helplines, with ten more in process to go live, and with serious interest from many more around the world.

The need is great: these child helplines receive over 30 million calls annually yet many are only able to answer one-third of the calls they receive. 94% of their communications are still voice calls, while the vast majority of children are far more comfortable with text. During the pandemic, volumes have increased by 50% or more in many countries, increasing the urgency for upgraded technology.

As tech nerds for the social sector, we identify leverage points where technology can help hundreds or thousands of social sector organizations collaborate around solving a common social or environmental problem. Headquarters: USA

About Us
Close is a bootstrapped, profitable, 100% remote, ~70 person team of thoughtful individuals who value autonomy and impact. We’re eager to make a product our customers fall in love with over and over again.

We love startups & SMBs. Since 2013, we’ve been building a CRM  that focuses on better communication, without the hassle of manual data entry or complex UI. Our goal: double the productivity of every sales rep.

Our app’s frontend is a single-page JavaScript(transitioning to TypeScript) web app mostly written in React (originally built with Backbone.js). Our mobile app is built using React Native. We bundle with Webpack and target only modern browsers. We test with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress. Our UI updates in near real-time and is written in LESS/CSS (with flexbox and grid layout) using CSS modules and takes advantage of fun technologies like Websockets and WebRTC.

We care about performance (e.g. route-based code splitting), maintainability, and testability of our frontend code. We sweat the UI/UX details and work collaboratively with the Product team throughout the design process. This means diving into lo-fi wireframes, and communicating continuously when those ideas are brought to life using Figma and code.

Our frontend app is built on top of our REST API & GraphQL endpoints. Our backend tech stack consists of Python/Flask, MongoDB, Postgres, Elasticsearch, and Redis. We run our services in Docker on AWS.

We ❤️ open sourcing our code and ideas on our GitHub and on The Making of Close, our behind-the-scenes Product & Engineering blog. Check our projects such as react-custom-scroller, use-infinite-scroll, use-abortable-effect, and smart-tooltip-delay or insights from our day-to-day work on such as Highlights From a Complex Downshift.js Refactor, A Case Study in"Reactizing" a Complex Backbone View, and Finding the cause of a memory leak in Jest tests.

About You
We're looking for an experienced full-time Frontend Engineering Manager to join our engineering team and lead one of the 2 Frontend teams. You should be an empathetic leader, have spent part of your career as a senior-level engineer, and want to help build & grow a team of high-performing engineers.

You should have senior-level (4 years+) experience building modern frontend applications, preferably using React or similar framework.

You should have significant experience (2 years+) leading and growing a team of engineers. You enjoy helping engineers thrive and grow in their roles. You should have a very good idea of how to run 1:1s with your direct reports and how to form strong relationships. You should be comfortable with giving continuous feedback and doing performance reviews. You are expected to grow the team as-needed and help lead a hiring process.

You have a track record of managing engineering teams that delivered great products and features. You should be very comfortable working with the Product and Design teams to formulate product ideas, skilled at writing & reviewing technical specifications, and planning work for your team. You can take on non-critical path technical work if time allows.

You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a medium-sized talented team where you're supported in your efforts to grow professionally. You are able to manage your time well, communicate effectively, and collaborate in a fully distributed team.

You are located in an American time zone.

Bonus points if you have...
  • Experience practicing the Shape Up product development methodology
  • Experience scaling a small engineering team into a few teams
  • Experience building JS-based mobile apps
  • Built B2B SaaS products
  • Experience with sales or sales tools
About the Role
  • Manage and grow a team of 4-6 high-performing engineers (US and EU timezones), support them through 1:1s and continuous feedback, and empower their career growth.
  • A mix of team leadership, people management, product ideation, project coordination, and maximum 10% of your time spent on non-critical path IC work.
  • Work with a team of mostly-senior engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver great features.
  • Manage and optimize development processes as the team grows.
  • Participate in formulating a long-term frontend strategy.
