We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, consistent with applicable laws. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, satisfactory references, and any required documentation.

Our Values

  1. Families First

  2. Urgency with Precision
Millions of families are waiting for care, and they cannot wait, therefore this is not your typical 9 to 5 job. We match their urgency with our own, delivering exceptional care without compromise. Here, speed and excellence go hand in hand.

As an ambitious startup, we adapt quickly and make the most of limited time and resources. We solve challenges with creativity to deliver results without unnecessary complexity.

  4. Purpose with Positivity
We take our mission seriously while never losing sight of the people behind the work. Respect, kindness, memes, and coffee make us stronger as a team and better for the families we serve.

  5. Driven to Redefine What’s Possible
We are here to make healthcare better, which means asking hard questions, challenging outdated systems, and finding smarter, more compassionate ways to deliver care.

Why Mozilla?

Mozilla Corporation is the non-profit-backed technology company that has shaped the internet for the better over the last 25 years. We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy-minded web browser. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we’re shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we’re doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people.

The Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the non-profit 501(c) Mozilla Foundation. This means we aren’t beholden to any shareholders — only to our mission. Along with thousands of volunteer contributors and collaborators all over the world, Mozillians design, build and distribute open-source software that enables people to enjoy the internet on their terms.

About this team and role:

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CFO and VP of Finance. This is a high-trust role at the center of Mozilla's Finance organization. You'll be the operational right hand to two senior leaders, keeping their time, priorities, and communications running smoothly while handling sensitive financial and business information with complete discretion. You'll work regularly with executive leadership (and their EAs), Board members, and external partners, so poise, judgment, and a proactive mindset matter as much as strong execution.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a trusted partner and extension of the CFO and VP of Finance, providing proactive, high-level support that frees them to focus on Mozilla's most important financial and strategic priorities.
  • Own complex, fast-moving calendars across both leaders: prioritize and sequence meetings, resolve conflicts, protect focus time, and align scheduling with Finance deliverables, Board cycles, and enterprise priorities.
  • Run the operating rhythm of the CFO's office: plan and facilitate Finance and leadership meetings, prepare agendas and materials, capture decisions and action items, and drive follow-through.
  • Prepare and refine executive-level presentations, reports, briefing materials, and correspondence for leadership meetings, business reviews, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and manage expense reports.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the executives, their teams, and internal and external partners, ensuring timely, professional communication and follow-up.
  • Support Audit committee, Investment Committee and Board preparation, including logistics, materials, and minutes as needed.
  • Plan logistics for team offsites, work weeks, and events.
  • Partner with other administrative colleagues on team communications, recognition moments, onboarding, and cross-team needs.
  • Handle highly confidential information — financial, transactional, and personnel — with the utmost discretion.

What you'll bring:

  • 7-10 years of executive administrative experience supporting one or more senior executives in a technology company or multi-location environment (calendar, travel, expenses, meeting support).
  • Proven discretion and sound judgment with highly confidential and sensitive information, and comfort working closely with senior executives and Board members.
  • Strong coordination and process management, with a bias toward anticipating needs and bringing options and recommendations rather than waiting for direction.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages ambiguity and competing demands, and follows through with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with finance terminology, or experience supporting a Finance or executive team, is a plus.

What you’ll get:

  • Generous performance-based bonus plans to all eligible employees - we share in our success as one team
  • Rich medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting (regardless of whether you contribute)
  • Quarterly all-company wellness days where everyone takes a pause together
  • Country specific holidays plus a day off for your birthday
  • One-time home office stipend
  • Annual professional development budget
  • Quarterly well-being stipend
  • Considerable paid parental leave
  • Employee referral bonus program
  • Other benefits (life/AD&D, disability, EAP, etc. - varies by country)

RevenueCat removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions. Since graduating from YC’s S18 batch we’ve grown into the default monetization platform for mobile: we’re in >40% of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $12B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo dev in Brazil to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.

We’re a remote‑first crew of 150+, spread across 25+ countries, and guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. If you want your work to touch hundreds of millions of end‑users (and help the developers behind them get paid), you’ll fit right in.

The role

Our customers do not need Customer Success in the traditional sense.

They don’t need someone whose main job is to schedule QBRs, forward Slack messages, or politely ask whether everything is going okay.

They need someone who understands their app, their customers, their business model, their growth goals, their RevenueCat setup, and the levers that might help them make more money.

That is the CSM motion we are building.

RevenueCat has grown quickly, and our customer base now spans everything from tiny indie apps to some of the largest mobile businesses in the world, like Ladder, ChatGPT, and Notion. The post-sales motion that got us here will not automatically get us through the next stage. We need to get sharper about where CSMs go deep, where we scale through playbooks and education, how CSMs partner with their technical and product counterparts, and how we make sure our best customer learnings become reusable systems.

As Head of Customer Success, you will own that evolution.

You will lead and rebuild the CSM function as a high-context, commercially sharp, app-growth-oriented team. Your job is to make CSMs true growth partners to our managed customers: people who can diagnose what matters, drive the right RevenueCat adoption, bring in the right specialist when needed, and make sure there is always a clear next step.

This is not a pure process role.

At least at first, you will be close to the work. You will own a number of accounts yourself, but also join your team’s customer calls, review account plans, help untangle messy escalations, coach CSMs through difficult account situations, and personally raise the bar for what "good" looks like. Over time, you will turn that work into the operating system for Customer Success at RevenueCat: account plans, customer tiers, health signals, review cadences, handoff rules, playbooks, hiring profiles, enablement loops, and scaled programs that help us serve more customers without becoming bloated or generic.

If that sounds exciting, this role might be for you.

Why we're hiring for this role now

RevenueCat is at the point where post-sales can no longer be mostly heroic effort, individual judgment, and tribal knowledge.

Our best customers want more than support. They want perspective on pricing, paywalls, lifecycle, retention, analytics, cross-platform monetization, and the operating decisions that affect revenue.

At the same time, not every managed customer should get the same depth of CSM motion. The app market is very top-heavy. Our post-sales motion needs to reflect that. Top accounts should get deep account planning, growth diagnosis, stakeholder mapping, product adoption strategy, TAM input, and clear expansion / renewal ownership. Mid-tier accounts need a lighter but still intentional motion. Lower-touch customers need leverage: webinars, templates, office hours, lifecycle education, better docs, and product-led guidance.

We need someone who can build that system.

Someone who can make the CSM team more strategic without making it slower.

Someone who can help customers feel like RevenueCat is a growth partner, not just subscription infrastructure.

Someone who can make our CSMs better, our handoffs clearer, our advisory work more targeted, our customer education more scalable, and our account strategy more commercially useful.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Building the CSM operating system: Define how Customer Success works at RevenueCat as we scale: customer tiers, coverage models, account plans, health signals, review cadences, renewal / expansion touchpoints, escalation paths, and the difference between bespoke support and scalable programs.

  • Leading and coaching the CSM team: Manage, coach, and raise the bar for a team of CSMs. Help them become growth generalists who deeply understand customers' apps, audiences, business models, goals, constraints, RevenueCat usage, and opportunities. Identify where we need coaching, role changes, new hires, or clearer expectations.

  • Owning strategic account quality: Make sure our top accounts have real account strategy: clear customer goals, app context, product adoption opportunities, risks, stakeholder maps, open asks, next steps, renewal / expansion context, and technical health input from Technical Account Managers where relevant.

  • Making CSMs true growth partners: Help CSMs move beyond generic relationship management. CSMs should be able to diagnose likely growth bottlenecks, recommend practical RevenueCat adoption, interpret app performance, qualify when the subject matter experts from our Growth Advisory team should get involved, and keep the customer moving toward higher-impact work.

  • Clarifying CSM / TAM / Growth Advisory handoffs: Partner closely with TAM, Support, Sales, Product, and Growth Advisory so customers get the right help from the right person. CSMs should own customer context, account strategy, adoption, stakeholder management, and next-step clarity. TAMs should own technical correctness. Growth Advisory should go deep on specific, high-impact growth problems.

  • Turning repeated customer work into scale: When the same issue appears across accounts, make sure it becomes a playbook, template, customer education asset, internal enablement, webinar, support macro, sales collateral, product feedback, or docs improvement. The goal is not to consult the same problem forever. The goal is to make the company smarter every time we solve it.

  • Driving measurable customer and business outcomes: Define and improve the metrics that matter: product adoption, account health, customer outcomes, renewal / expansion influence, quality of account strategy, risk visibility, and the team's ability to create leverage as the customer base grows.

We're looking for someone who

Has led Customer Success in a high-quality, high-growth environment. You have led CSMs, account managers, customer growth teams, strategic success teams, or a similar customer-facing function in a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, infrastructure, mobile, or app-growth environment. You know what good looks like because you have built or operated it before.

Can be credible with serious app businesses. You do not need to be the best CRO, CRM, UA, pricing, lifecycle, or monetization expert in the company. But you do need to know what those acronyms stand for without looking it up, and need enough app-growth judgment to have useful conversations with founders, growth leaders, product leaders, and executives. You can understand their business, spot shallow advice, diagnose the right problem, and know when to bring in a specialist.

Builds systems without hiding behind process. You can turn messy work into clear account plans, handoffs, playbooks, templates, review cadences, and enablement loops. But you do not create process for its own sake. Your systems make the team faster, sharper, and more useful to customers.

Is commercially sharp. You understand renewals, expansion, product adoption, stakeholder management, risk, executive alignment, and the difference between a happy user and a healthy account. You can help CSMs connect customer value to RevenueCat value without becoming pushy or salesy.

Is strong enough technically to lead well. You do not need to debug SDK issues yourself, but you do need to understand RevenueCat's product concepts, common integration paths, and technical customer context well enough to know what is going on, what CSMs should answer, and when TAM / Support / Engineering should own the response.

Can coach high-ownership people. You set a high bar, give direct feedback, create clarity, and follow through. You know how to help smart people improve without micromanaging them. You are comfortable making hard calls when a person, process, or expectation is not working.

Builds for scale, not just for one account. You are not satisfied solving the same problem fifty times. When you see a pattern, you want to turn it into a reusable asset. When a CSM finds a great answer, you want the whole team to benefit. When a customer engagement works, you want to know whether it can become a playbook.

Thrives in a remote, async, direct culture. You write clearly, document decisions, communicate early, and do not wait for perfect information before moving. You can work across time zones, functions, and messy ownership boundaries without dropping the ball.

What you'll need to be successful

  • 8-12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Growth, Strategic Consulting, Revenue, or a closely related customer-facing function

  • 4+ years managing and scaling customer-facing teams

  • Experience owning or strongly influencing renewal, expansion, account health, adoption, or customer-growth outcomes

  • Strong customer-facing presence with founders, executives, product leaders, growth leaders, and technical teams

  • Experience building customer segmentation, coverage models, account planning, health scoring, QBR / EBR motions, renewal processes, or similar CS operating systems

  • Enough technical fluency to operate in a product-led, developer-facing company

  • Strong analytical judgment: you can use customer, product, revenue, and usage data to prioritize where the team should spend time

  • Excellent written communication and async operating habits

  • A bias toward action, high ownership, and direct follow-through

Ideally, you

  • Have worked with mobile apps, subscription businesses, marketplaces, gaming, consumer products, or other businesses where monetization and growth mechanics really matter

  • Have scaled a CS motion through a major company stage, for example from roughly $30M ARR to $100M+ ARR, or from a small strategic-account motion to a broader tiered model

  • Have led both high-touch strategic accounts and scaled / tech-touch customer programs

  • Have experience partnering with Technical Account Managers, Support, Sales, Product, Marketing, and specialist advisory teams

  • Have hired and developed CSMs who are more than relationship managers: people with real business judgment, product curiosity, and customer-growth instincts

  • Have used customer patterns to influence product roadmap, enablement, marketing, and sales strategy

What success looks like

Within the first month, you'll:

  • Get deep into RevenueCat's product, customers, customer segments, and current CSM motion

  • Meet the CSMs, TAMs, Growth Advisory, Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing partners you'll work with most closely

  • Review the top managed accounts and identify immediate risks, opportunities, unclear ownership, and missed adoption / expansion potential

  • Shadow customer calls and shared Slack channels to understand where CSMs are creating value, where they are getting pulled into low-leverage work, and where handoffs are breaking

  • Form an initial point of view on the CSM team's current strengths, gaps, operating model, and hiring needs

Within the first 3 months, you'll:

  • Roll out a clear account plan format for top accounts

  • Establish a monthly top-account review focused on the highest-value opportunities, biggest risks, and stuck decisions

  • Clarify CSM / TAM / Growth Advisory ownership so customers get faster answers and CSMs stay focused on business outcomes

  • Define the first version of CSM success metrics across customer outcomes, product adoption, account health, renewal / expansion influence, and quality of account strategy

  • Personally help move several important accounts forward through clearer diagnosis, better stakeholder mapping, stronger adoption plans, or better internal coordination

  • Identify the most important coaching, enablement, and hiring needs for the team

Within the first 6 months, you'll:

  • Have a working tiered CSM motion: deep where depth matters, lighter but intentional where it does not, and scaled where humans should not be the bottleneck

  • Improve the quality and consistency of top-account strategy across the managed segment

  • Build enablement loops so recurring customer questions and growth problems become playbooks, templates, webinars, docs, macros, customer education, or product feedback

  • Partner with Sales to tighten renewal / expansion ownership and make sure account strategy is commercially useful

  • Partner with TAM and Support to reduce unnecessary relay work and make customer routing clearer

  • Have a clear hiring and team development plan for the next stage of Customer Success at RevenueCat

Within the first 12 months, you'll:

  • Operate a CSM team that customers see as a strategic growth partner, not a reactive relationship layer

  • Have improved product adoption, account health, risk visibility, renewal readiness, and expansion quality across managed accounts

  • Have turned the best 1:1 customer work into scalable playbooks and assets used by CSMs, Sales, TAMs, Growth Advisory, and customers

  • Have built a high-talent, high-ownership CSM team with clear roles, clear expectations, and a much higher bar for customer strategy

  • Have helped define what Customer Success should mean at RevenueCat as we scale: commercially sharp, deeply customer-aware, product-fluent, growth-oriented, and built for leverage

Why this role is exciting

This is a rare chance to define Customer Success at a company where the customer problem is genuinely interesting.

RevenueCat sits at the center of how app businesses make money. We see subscription infrastructure, pricing, paywalls, retention, lifecycle, platform rules, app-store behavior, customer growth, and monetization data across a huge share of the mobile ecosystem.

That means our CSM motion can be much more than "keep customers happy."

Done well, it can help the best app companies in the world grow faster. It can help smaller teams learn from the patterns we see across the market. It can make RevenueCat's product better. It can turn customer work into public education, benchmarks, playbooks, and product feedback. And it can make Customer Success a revenue engine for customers and for RevenueCat, not a cost center.

The hard part is that none of this happens automatically.

You will need to raise the bar, clarify ownership, build systems, coach people, make tradeoffs, say no to low-leverage work, and stay close enough to customers that the team never drifts into generic CS theater.

That is the job.

What we offer:

  • Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator

  • 10-year window to exercise vested equity options

  • Fully remote and flexible work environment

  • 4-5 weeks of suggested time off annually for mental, physical, and emotional recharge

  • $2,000 USD for workspace setup and $1,000 USD annual stipend for continuous learning

About the role

  • We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to lead our expansion into Spanish-speaking Latam, with a specific focus on Mexico. We need a builder who is comfortable with the "zero-to-one" phase of regional growth.

  • You will be the local "Source of Truth" for marketing and growth, acting as a creative, an analyst, and an operator all at once. You should be someone who enjoys the complexity of multi-lingual markets and has the drive to implement projects from start to finish while owning the outcome entirely.

Your Responsibilities

  • Regional Growth Engine: Make sure Spanish-speaking Latam B2B (Mexico especially) grows through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Outbound Strategy: Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences that cut through the noise.

  • Local Events: End-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars in the region.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, produce executive-level reporting, and recommend data-driven optimizations.

  • Localization & Messaging: Adapt ElevenLabs’ global voice to resonate deeply with the Latam business cultures.

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker.

  • Fluent English speaker.

  • Ownership Pedigree: You have implemented marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI.

  • The "Jack of All Trades": Broad knowledge in growth marketing, ranging from numbers analysis and performance knowledge to campaign planning and event organizing.

  • DRI Mentality: Ability to act as the local Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all marketing operations.

Bonus Experience

  • Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management.

  • Product marketing sense and design skills.

  • Deep understanding of the Spanish-speaking LATAM tech ecosystem and buying-cycle shifts.

Location

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Spanish Latam, with the ability to operate in [GMT-6] timezones.

Role Description

Defense Unicorns gets mission-critical software to the warfighter faster and more securely. Revenue Operations is what keeps the go-to-market team moving at that speed without losing track of the details.

As Director of Revenue Operations, you own the systems, data, and processes our sales, solutions architecture, and customer success teams rely on every day. This is a hands-on role, not a reporting desk. You will sit close to revenue leadership and the deals themselves, from first pipeline through close, renewal, and expansion, and you will bring order to a fast-growing environment without getting in its way.

Responsibilities

CRM and Revenue Systems

  • Own HubSpot as primary administrator: data integrity, pipeline hygiene, and adoption across the go-to-market team.
  • Maintain the deal pipelines (Direct Opportunities, Competitive Solicitations, Renewals) with consistent stages, required fields, and automation.
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and the tools around it (Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others).
  • Keep deal data clean and usable: naming conventions, MEDDPICC qualification fields (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, Champion, Competition), D&F dates, DRB data, product feature tags, and ARR calculations.

Pipeline Analytics and Forecasting

  • Run the quarterly forecast process between sellers and revenue leadership, and surface where coverage is thin and where the upside is.
  • Maintain forecast models built on pipeline stage, PWIN, deal velocity, and past conversion rates.
  • Give leadership the analytics they need at the deal and portfolio level: coverage ratios, pipeline aging, and win/loss patterns.
  • Flag pipeline and deal risk early, before it shows up in the number.

Go-to-Market Process

  • Work with sales and solutions architecture leadership to document and sharpen the sales process, from qualified opportunity through Focused Discovery, Deal Review Board (DRB), scoping, proposal, and close.
  • Set up lead routing, territory and account assignment, and clean handoffs between sales and marketing.
  • Run the cadence for pipeline reviews, QBRs, and annual planning.
  • Support competitive solicitations: opportunity tracking, bid/no-bid analysis, and capture management.

Quoting, Pricing, and Revenue Tracking

  • Run deal desk operations covering pricing, discounting, contract structure, and approvals.
  • Maintain SKU-level pricing across UDS Premium, Application Licenses, Edge Node Licenses, Software Factory, SRE Operations, PaaS, and training and services.
  • Work with Finance on bookings recognition, ARR tracking, and revenue reporting.

Enablement and Adoption

  • Improve CRM adoption and data quality through training, clear documentation, and follow-through.
  • Build the playbooks, templates, and automation that take busywork off sellers and solution architects.
  • Get new revenue team members up to speed on the systems and the process.
What Success Looks Like
  • Leadership trusts the pipeline and forecast numbers in weekly Huddles and QBRs because there is one place to find them.
  • The sales team follows one documented process, and so does solutions architecture.
  • The forecast lands within an agreed tolerance quarter after quarter, with risk flagged early.
  • Deals move from quote to close faster, without cutting corners on approvals.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
  • 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, ideally in GovTech.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales Hub, Operations Hub), including workflow automation, custom objects, and reporting.
  • Track record of standing up sales processes in high-growth companies with long, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
  • Comfortable building pipeline models, forecasts, and the dashboards leadership actually reads.
  • Deal desk or CPQ experience, including pricing and approval workflows.
  • Familiarity with a structured qualification methodology like MEDDPICC, and the discipline to make it stick in the CRM.
  • Strong cross-functional communicator who works well with sales, finance, legal, and product.
  • Self-directed, and at home in a remote-first company with little hierarchy.
  • Background in defense technology, GovTech, or selling to the U.S. Department of Defense.
  • Working knowledge of government procurement (competitive solicitations, contract vehicles, FAR/DFARS).
  • Exposure to product-led and open-source go-to-market models.
  • Experience across both direct and channel/partner sales.
  • Some exposure to solutions architecture or technical pre-sales.
  • A consulting or advisory background (management consulting, GTM/RevOps advisory, Big 4, or a boutique strategy firm) is a real plus. We like operators who can take an ambiguous problem, give it structure, and get it done across a lot of stakeholders.

Job Posted: 03/10/2026

Location: USA & Canada

Level: IC3 or IC4

Hi there!

Zapier’s mission is to make automation and AI accessible to everyone. Our enterprise customers are adopting automation as a strategic capability, not just a tool. They need expert partners who can help them orchestrate processes, unlock new use cases, and scale their impact.

We’re looking for an Automation Strategist to join our Customer Success organization as the core role working with customers on our enterprise plan. This role blends strategic advisory, orchestration design, and value-focused relationship expansion. As an Automation Strategist, you will help customers shape their automation strategy, identify and deploy high-value use cases, and guide them toward meaningful AI-enabled transformation.

This role moves beyond classic Customer Success, focusing on consulting, systems thinking, orchestration, executive alignment and continuous value discovery, rooted in our team’s mission of delivering value through clarity, impact, curiosity, and approachable expertise.

About You

  • You see opportunity in ambiguity and building things that scale

    • You experiment, learn quickly, and iterate openly, unafraid to make, and revise, bets.

    • You enjoy creating playbooks as much as running them.

    • You appreciate that each customer is unique, yet you build frameworks that scale across them.

    • You use AI in your work today — not occasionally, but as part of how you operate at a high level. You can point to workflows you’ve built, how your approach has evolved through iteration, and the impact on quality, efficiency, and experience — while intentionally applying AI for the right outcomes, setting a high bar for outputs, and taking ownership of what ships.

  • You’re a strategic, customer-centric problem solver.

    • You’re relentlessly focused on the outcome and willing to learn new approaches or challenge the status quo to deliver value for our enterprise customers.

    • With 5+ years in SaaS (customer success, consulting, solutions, enterprise product or similar process and system strategy roles), customers see you as a valuable extension of their team

    • You have thoughts on how modern businesses should operate, including where inefficiencies hide and how automation + AI unlock leverage.

    • You can operate across audiences, from executive sponsors to execution teams running sprint-style projects.

  • You connect business goals to product solutions

    • You’re skilled at discovering what customers actually need (not just what they say),

    • You communicate automation value in terms of ROI, efficiency, scalability, and risk reduction

    • You think in systems, logic, and orchestration frameworks, but don’t get bogged down in technical details.

    • You own the outcome, project managing stakeholders internally (TAM, product, support) and externally (customer execution teams, Line of Business Leaders) to deliver realized, quantifiable value.

  • You’re an exceptional communicator

    • You communicate strategy and insights with clarity, empathy, and precision.

    • You know when to use async vs. live to balance ideal outcomes and speed, employing Slack, email, workshops, executive briefings, texts, and standups.

    • You leverage automation and AI yourself to execute with clarity, speed, and alignment..

  • Data guides your decisions.

    • You interpret usage patterns, account signals, and customer behavior to inform strategy.

    • You collaborate with data science and RevOps to shape MVP → mature data products and workflows.

    • You combine early data signals with strong first principles thinking to make decisions and evaluate progress.

  • You embody our cultural anchors

    • You lead customer engagements with clarity, dependability, approachable expertise, focusing on delivery meaningful value.

    • Internally you exercise good judgement and demonstrate our values of collaboration with purpose, accountability, recognition.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide Customers’ Automation Strategy

    • Build deep relationships that uncover goals, challenges, and priorities.

    • Advise on automation governance, best practices, and cross-functional program structure, process and design.

    • Help customers set goals and adopt AI-orchestrated processes across lines of business.

  • Discover and Deploy High-Value Use Cases

    • Identify impactful automation opportunities through exec alignment, influencer mapping, and citizen-developer input.

    • Work with customer stakeholders, SAs and TAMs to co-design implementation patterns that ensure scalability and long-term success.

    • Translate business problems into orchestration strategies that deliver measurable value.

    • Capture the prior state and descriptive metrics that help you quantify the impact of the work.

  • Drive Customer Outcomes

    • Demonstrate ROI and unlock new value paths through expanded automation usage.

    • Accelerate renewal and expansion by deepening customer maturity and outcomes.

  • Collaborate Across Zapier

    • Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and others to deliver a unified customer experience.

    • Share insights that influence roadmap decisions, positioning and GTM strategy

  • Build a World-Class Program

    • Help scale the methodologies, frameworks, and assets that define automation strategy at Zapier.

    • Do the best work of your life as we build Zapier for Enterprise from a subset of the business to the default choice of enterprises globally

How to Apply

At Zapier, we believe that diverse perspectives and experiences make us better, which is why we have a non-standard application process designed to promote inclusion and equity. We’re looking for the best fit for each of our roles, regardless of the type of companies in your background, so we encourage you to apply even if your skills and experiences don’t exactly match the job description. All we ask is that you answer a few in-depth questions in our application that would typically be asked at the start of an interview process. This helps speed things up by letting us get to know you and your skillset a bit better right out of the gate. Please be sure to answer each question; the resume and CV fields are optional.

Education is not a requirement for our roles; however, if you receive an offer, you will need to include your most recent educational experience as part of our background check process.
After you apply, you are going to hear back from us—even if we don’t see an immediate fit with our team. In fact, throughout the process, we strive to never go more than seven days without letting you know the status of your application. We know we’ll make mistakes from time to time, so if you ever have questions about where you stand or about the process, just ask your recruiter!

Zapier is an equal-opportunity employer and we’re excited to work with talented and empathetic people of all identities. Zapier does not discriminate based on someone’s identity in any aspect of hiring or employment as required by law and in line with our commitment to Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity. Our code of conduct provides a beacon for the kind of company we strive to be, and we celebrate our differences because those differences are what allow us to make a product that serves a global user base. Zapier will consider all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, consistent with applicable laws.

The Role

This is not your typical Customer Success role.

RevenueCat prices based on how much money a customer makes. That creates an unusually clear alignment of incentives: when our customers grow, we grow.

That means Customer Success at RevenueCat should be more than relationship management, implementation check-ins, and polite QBRs.

Our best CSMs understand a customer’s app, audience, business model, growth goals, internal constraints, RevenueCat usage, and decision-making dynamics well enough to help that customer make better decisions.

Sometimes that means helping them adopt the right RevenueCat feature.

Sometimes it means spotting that their paywall, pricing, lifecycle, onboarding, or retention motion deserves a closer look.

Sometimes it means bringing in a technical partner to make sure an implementation question gets answered correctly.

Sometimes it means bringing in one of our growth specialists — people with deep expertise in areas like paywall conversion, lifecycle messaging, paid user acquisition, pricing, or gaming monetization — when a customer has a specific high-impact growth problem worth digging into.

And often, it means doing the unglamorous but critical work of keeping everyone aligned on context, priorities, next steps, owners, and follow-through.

That’s this role.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of managed RevenueCat customers and help them get more value from RevenueCat. You’ll become the person who understands where each customer is trying to go, what is getting in their way, how RevenueCat can plausibly help, and what needs to happen next.

You are not expected to be the best technical expert, paywall expert, lifecycle expert, paid acquisition expert, or pricing expert in the company.

You are expected to be a strong growth generalist: curious, commercially aware, product-fluent, organized, and credible enough to diagnose the right problem, bring in the right person, and own the follow-through.

Why we’re hiring for this role now

RevenueCat has grown quickly, and our customer base now spans everything from tiny indie apps to some of the largest mobile businesses in the world.

The traditional version of Customer Success - where a CSM is mostly a relationship owner, meeting scheduler, escalation path, or (and this is the worst one) secretly just another sales person trying to upsell customers things they don’t need - is not enough for where we are going.

Our customers want help making more money. They want better visibility into what is happening in their subscription business. They want practical guidance on monetization, paywalls, pricing, retention, lifecycle, platform rules, and product adoption. They want to know what other great app businesses are doing. They want RevenueCat to be a partner in growth, not just a vendor they ping when something breaks.

At the same time, we cannot give every managed customer the same level of depth.

Some customers need deep account planning, proactive growth diagnosis, stakeholder mapping, technical input, and clear expansion / adoption strategy. Some need lighter but still thoughtful guidance. Some need scalable education, templates, webinars, playbooks, office hours, and better self-serve resources.

A strong CSM knows the difference.

This role is for someone who wants to help define what modern Customer Success should look like for app businesses: commercially sharp, deeply customer-aware, product-fluent, growth-oriented, and built for leverage.

What you’ll be responsible for

Customer context and account strategy

You’ll build deep understanding of each customer in your portfolio: their app, value proposition, audience, onboarding, paywall, pricing, plans, lifecycle, user acquisition motion, retention drivers, business model, growth goals, stakeholders, RevenueCat usage, risks, and opportunities.

You’ll turn that context into clear account strategy: what matters, what RevenueCat can help with, what the customer should adopt next, where the risks are, who needs to be involved, and what the next step is.

Helping customers grow with RevenueCat

You’ll help customers identify where RevenueCat can plausibly help them make more money.

That could include better use of RevenueCat Analytics, Paywalls, Experiments, Offerings, targeting, integrations, web monetization, or other parts of the product.

It could also mean helping them think through broader subscription growth questions: conversion, retention, lifecycle, pricing, packaging, churn, winback, platform strategy, or monetization experiments.

You won’t always be the deepest expert in the room. But you should understand enough to ask good questions, avoid shallow advice, spot the real problem, and bring in the right specialist when needed.

Product adoption and business outcomes

You’ll make sure customers are not just paying for RevenueCat, but actually using it in ways that help their business.

That means understanding their goals, identifying adoption gaps, helping them prioritize what to implement next, and making sure our product becomes more deeply embedded in how they operate.

Success is not “the customer likes us.”

Success is the customer getting more value from RevenueCat, adopting the right products, making better monetization decisions, and becoming more likely to grow with us over time.

Business reviews that actually matter

You’ll run customer conversations and business reviews that are useful.

Not generic QBR theater.

You’ll bring customer-specific context, product usage insights, account risks, growth opportunities, benchmarks where relevant, and clear recommendations. You’ll leave customers with better understanding and concrete next steps.

Cross-functional coordination

You’ll work closely with technical account partners, support, product, sales, and growth specialists.

RevenueCat is a technical product, and customers often need help that spans multiple functions. A great CSM does not try to answer everything themselves, but also does not blindly route questions and walk away.

You’ll own the customer context and next-step clarity.

When a customer has a technical implementation, SDK, API, data, StoreKit, Google Play, Stripe, webhook, entitlement, or debugging question, you’ll bring in the right technical partner.

When a customer has a specific, high-impact growth problem, you’ll help decide whether one of our growth specialists should get involved.

When a customer’s feedback points to a product gap, you’ll make sure Product understands the pattern and the business impact.

When renewal, expansion, or executive alignment matters, you’ll partner with Sales and GTM leadership.

Risk, renewal, and expansion context

You’ll understand the health of your accounts beyond surface-level relationship status.

Who are the decision makers? What is the customer trying to achieve? Are they adopting the right parts of RevenueCat? Are there unresolved risks? Are there expansion opportunities? Is there executive alignment? Is the customer getting measurable value?

You’ll partner with Sales where commercial action is needed, and you’ll make sure RevenueCat has a clear view of account health, risk, adoption, and growth potential.

Turning repeated work into leverage

You’ll notice patterns.

When the same question, objection, adoption gap, growth problem, or customer confusion shows up repeatedly, you’ll help turn it into something reusable: a playbook, template, webinar, customer guide, internal enablement, support macro, docs improvement, sales asset, or product feedback.

We don’t want to solve the same problem from scratch forever.

The goal is to make the whole company smarter every time we learn something from a customer.

What you’ll need to understand deeply

The customer’s app

What does the app do? Who is it for? What problem does it solve? How does onboarding work? What does the paywall look like? What plans do they offer? What drives conversion, retention, and willingness to pay?

The customer’s customers

Who uses the app? Why do they subscribe? Why do they churn? What segments matter? Where is the friction? What motivations, objections, and behaviors shape the subscription business?

The customer’s business

How does the company make money? What are their growth goals? What markets matter? What constraints are they operating under? Who makes decisions? What does success look like for them?

RevenueCat’s product

Not just what features exist, but which features can plausibly help a customer make more money, reduce operational pain, learn faster, or run their business better.

App growth broadly

You should be comfortable learning and talking about monetization, paywalls, pricing, lifecycle, retention, churn, trials, onboarding, paid acquisition, LTV, cohorts, experiments, and subscription strategy.

You don’t need deep specialist-level expertise in all of these areas.

You do need enough judgment to know which problem is worth solving.

Within the first month, you’ll:

  • Gain a deep understanding of RevenueCat’s product, customers, customer segments, and managed customer motion

  • Meet with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, technical account partners, and growth specialists to understand how we work today

  • Sit in on customer calls, implementation handoffs, business reviews, and internal account discussions

  • Start building customer context for a small set of managed accounts

  • Present your “first ship” — a RevenueCat onboarding tradition where you create and share something useful based on your first few weeks. For this role, that could be an account-plan template, a customer insight, a growth playbook, a customer education idea, or an improvement to how we run customer conversations

Within the first 3 months, you’ll:

  • Own a portfolio of managed customers

  • Build account plans for your most important accounts, including customer goals, app context, RevenueCat adoption, growth opportunities, risks, stakeholders, open asks, and next steps

  • Identify product adoption opportunities and help customers take action on them

  • Run customer conversations and business reviews that produce concrete next steps

  • Work with technical partners and growth specialists without becoming a relay layer

  • Begin tracking success across account health, adoption, customer outcomes, risks, and renewal / expansion context

Within the first 6 months, you’ll:

  • Be trusted by customers as a thoughtful, growth-oriented account partner

  • Have improved product adoption and account clarity across your portfolio

  • Have helped customers identify and act on meaningful monetization or growth opportunities

  • Have turned repeated customer questions or growth problems into reusable assets, playbooks, docs, templates, or enablement

  • Be a strong internal voice for customer context, helping Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing understand what customers are trying to do and where they get stuck

After 12 months, you’ll:

  • Have helped customers make better decisions about their subscription business

  • Have contributed meaningfully to customer health, product adoption, renewal readiness, and expansion context

  • Be known internally as someone who brings clear customer context, sharp judgment, and strong follow-through

  • Have helped define what great CSM work looks like at RevenueCat

  • Have made the team smarter by turning customer learnings into reusable systems, content, and playbooks

What you’ll need to be successful

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Growth, Strategic Consulting, Growth, Product, Marketing, Sales, Support, or a similarly customer-facing role

  • Experience managing strategic or high-value customer relationships where product adoption, account strategy, stakeholder management, and business outcomes mattered

  • Strong enough app-growth judgment to reason about monetization, retention, pricing, paywalls, lifecycle, onboarding, and/or user acquisition, even if you are not a deep specialist in all of them

  • Ability to use data to understand customer performance, spot risks and opportunities, and communicate practical recommendations

  • Comfort working with technical products and technical stakeholders. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to understand enough to know when technical correctness matters

  • Strong written and verbal communication across founders, executives, growth teams, product teams, and engineers

  • High ownership and follow-through across multiple customers, internal stakeholders, and moving pieces

  • Strong prioritization skills. You should know where to go deep, where to be lightweight, and where to create leverage

  • Comfort working in a remote, async environment using tools like Google Docs, Slack, Zoom, Linear, Salesforce, and Notion

Ideally, you

  • Have worked with mobile apps, subscription businesses, consumer products, gaming, marketplaces, payments, analytics, lifecycle, CRM, growth tooling, or developer tools

  • Have firsthand experience with app monetization, in-app purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, lifecycle messaging, pricing, retention, or mobile analytics

  • Have owned strategic accounts with renewal or expansion influence

  • Have built customer-facing playbooks, workshops, templates, guides, webinars, or scaled education

  • Have partnered closely with technical account managers, support teams, product managers, sales teams, or specialist advisory teams

  • Have been a RevenueCat customer, app builder, or operator in the mobile subscription ecosystem

We’re looking for someone who

Thinks like an owner

You do not wait for perfect process or perfect instructions. You notice gaps, take responsibility, and follow through.

Goes deep on customer context

You are not satisfied with “they seem happy.” You want to understand the app, the business, the people, the goals, the constraints, the risks, and the opportunities.

Has practical growth judgment

You can reason about what might help a customer grow without pretending there is one magic playbook for every app.

Communicates clearly

You can explain complex ideas simply, write useful internal context, run a sharp customer call, and adapt your communication to executives, growth teams, product teams, and engineers.

Can work across functions without creating chaos

You know when to bring in technical help, when to bring in a growth specialist, when to involve Sales, and when to raise a product issue. You keep ownership clear.

Builds for leverage

You do not want to answer the same question fifty times. You turn repeated customer needs into reusable assets.

Likes directness

We value clear thinking, honest feedback, and high standards. You should be comfortable working in a culture where people say what they mean and expect follow-through.
