Pavago busca para uno de sus clientes un/a Shopify Web Developer / Store Builder para crear, personalizar y mantener tiendas Shopify premium para clientes B2B, además de liderar el rediseño completo del sitio web principal de la empresa. El rol combina desarrollo técnico, eCommerce, experiencia de usuario y optimización de conversiones.

📋 Responsabilidades Principales

• Crear tiendas Shopify desde cero y personalizar themes según la identidad y los recursos de cada cliente.
• Configurar catálogos, colecciones, inventario y ajustes de las tiendas.
• Liderar el rediseño y rebranding del sitio Shopify principal, mejorando navegación, UX, rendimiento y conversiones.
• Desarrollar y personalizar themes utilizando Liquid, HTML, CSS y JavaScript.
• Implementar funcionalidades avanzadas, controles de acceso, colecciones restringidas, códigos de regalo y restricciones de compra.
• Integrar aplicaciones de terceros y optimizar velocidad, accesibilidad y experiencia responsive.
• Trabajar con diseñadores para convertir diseños de Figma en tiendas Shopify funcionales.
• Gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y comunicar avances y bloqueos al equipo.

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ años de experiencia práctica en desarrollo Shopify.
• Dominio de Shopify Liquid y conocimientos avanzados de HTML, CSS y JavaScript.
• Experiencia creando o personalizando ampliamente themes de Shopify.
• Experiencia liderando rediseños completos o proyectos de rebranding web.
• Conocimientos sólidos de eCommerce UX, CRO y diseño responsive.
• Experiencia gestionando catálogos, colecciones, inventario y configuraciones de tiendas.

The QA Challenge

This is not a typical "click around and find bugs" internship. You are the last line of defense for a platform used by millions of candidates in high-stakes situations (getting a job).

You will face the "Device Fragmentation" challenge: How do we ensure our AI Speech-to-Text works on a budget phone in Jakarta just as well as it does on a MacBook in Singapore? You will help us answer that.

What You Will Do

• Rigorous Testing: You will test our AI interview flow across a massive variety of mobile devices and browsers, identifying edge cases that only happen in the real world.

• "Breaker" Mindset: You will try to break the platform before our users do. What happens if the internet cuts out mid-interview? What if the user denies camera permissions? You find out.

• Release Management: You will work directly with the Engineering and Product team to green-light releases. If you say "No," we don't ship.

• Process Improvement: You will proactively identify gaps in our testing workflow and suggest better ways to catch bugs early, using data from user reports.
