Thisprofessional will be part of a highly collaborativemultidisciplinary team responsible for creating the experience ofinternal and external products.

We are seeking a creative problemsolver with experience in designing interfaces to solve problemsfor multiple audiences.

What You Will Do : Create effective andcompelling online content microcopy, labels, page body copy, errormessages, tooltips, help articles, emails, documents, andannouncements.

Content creation for portal products, softwareapplications, and user communications. Proofread content forgrammar, style, and tone of voice.

Collaborate with UX and UIdesigners, applying content design principles to craft delightfuland effortless UX experiences wellbalanced layouts with a finetunedcopy.

Optimize the performance of UX writing via user testing anddata validation. Combine datadriven and usercentric methodologiesfor better results.

Collaborate with product owners, developers,and designers to translate business goals into a unique brand andproduct experiences.

Be part of all project lifecycle phases,including requirements gathering, user analysis, testing,implementation, and results analysis.

Heres what we are lookingfor : 5 years of UX content experience. A great team player,experienced in working with agile teams.

Knowledge of MicrosoftOffice products : Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proficient Englishlevel. Desirable : A problemsolver mentality and a spirit forinnovation.

Knowledge of information architecture, interactivedesign principles, web usability, SEO, taxonomy, and metadata.Basic experience with Miro, Figma, or other similar tools.
