We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment and enjoys helping a small business scale efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to management
- Assist with data entry, CRM updates (Monday.com), and document management
- Support light accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, reconciling vendor payments, and data
- Communicate with clients and vendors via email and phone in fluent English
- Track progress of hotel room block bookings, follow up on pending items, and maintain accurate records
- Support the hotel contracting process by assisting with document setup and organization
- Help with scheduling, inbox management, and file organization
Qualifications
- Strong written and spoken English
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
- Travel industry experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working with tools such as CRMs (Monday.com), Google Drive, Outlook and Cvent (training provided)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. hours (Pacific Time)
- Friendly, professional communication style and proactive problem-solving attitude
