The company is a premier travel management company specializing in exclusive trips for high-profile clients, and they are seeking a full-time Supervisor of Travel Coordinators. In this critical role, you will oversee the work of our Program Managers, ensuring each excursion is flawlessly executed while maintaining utmost care and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the planning and execution of trips by Travel Coordinators, including negotiations with vendors and suppliers like hotels, tour guides, airlines, etc.
• Managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Implementing and managing various strategies and policies within the organization.
• Summarizing and providing weekly updates to the Executive team about the status of each trip.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the Program Management team.
• Collaborating closely with the Executive team to align on company strategy and objectives.
• Ensuring all projects are on schedule, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong, reliable internet connection.
• Level of English: Advanced.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the travel or event planning industry.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
• Strong project management skills and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• A degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
• This position is full-time and requires flexibility with travel and schedules based on the needs of our clients.
• Preferred to travel for 1-2 trips per year.

Compensation: $1000-$1100 USD per month with the possibility to keep growing into a manager level role.
