Responsibilities

  • Developing Professional Referral Networking: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Alignable, and industry directories to build and expand professional referral networks. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners.
  • Appointment Setting: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments with potential clients. Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of the products and services you are offering.
  • Follow-ups and Reminders: Provide timely follow-up communication to nurture leads and keep potential clients engaged. Send reminders and relevant information to prospects to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Cold Calling: Assist in executing targeted cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads. Clearly communicate the benefits of the products and services you are offering.
  • Lead List Building: Research and build targeted lists of potential clients based on specified criteria. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with target markets and industries.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Lead generation Specialist preferably for U.S.-based clients
  • Demonstrated track record of over-achieving targets
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies including the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources as well as industry best practices.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Goal-focused, proactive with strong work ethics
  • Proficiency with different tools and cloud-based platforms such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM systems


System and Work Setup Requirements:

  • A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
  • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
  • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
  • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused
