Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop structured interview questions and assessment methods tailored to each role.
  • Provide detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview criteria.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including pre-employment paperwork, background checks, and offer letters.
  • Assist new hires with onboarding tasks and orientation.
  • Conduct post-hire check-ins to monitor employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in interview techniques, hiring trends, and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively.
  • Ability to assess candidates objectively and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hiring best practices and employment laws.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and post-hire follow-ups.

Compensation: $1,000-$1,500 USD / month.
