Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop structured interview questions and assessment methods tailored to each role.
- Provide detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview criteria.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including pre-employment paperwork, background checks, and offer letters.
- Assist new hires with onboarding tasks and orientation.
- Conduct post-hire check-ins to monitor employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in interview techniques, hiring trends, and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to assess candidates objectively and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of hiring best practices and employment laws.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools.
- Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and post-hire follow-ups.
Compensation: $1,000-$1,500 USD / month.
