Job Summary : *

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in account management within the e-commerce environment, with a focus on the automotive aftermarket sector.

You will manage and grow relationships with our e-commerce partners, ensuring a steady revenue stream and excellent customer service.

  • Responsibilities : *
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with e-commerce partners, including leading e-commerce platforms and automotive-related marketplaces.
  • Plan and execute account growth strategies, including identifying new market opportunities and expanding sales in existing channels.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales departments to develop e-commerce-specific campaigns that increase product and service visibility.
  • Oversee and optimize our product presence on partner websites, ensuring correct product presentation, pricing, and content.
  • Analyze performance data and metrics to assess the success of e-commerce strategies and propose continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience and address any customer issues or inquiries.
  • Stay informed about e-commerce trends and developments, especially in the automotive aftermarket sector, and apply this knowledge to drive account growth.
  • Requirements : *
  • A minimum of 5 years of account management experience in the e-commerce environment, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data analysis tools to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented and the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and constant changes in e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies, online advertising, and digital marketing is a plus.
  • A university degree in a related field is required
