WeRemoto is hiring for one of our premier travel partner companies. The company is a premier travel management company specializing in exclusive trips for high-profile clients. They are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team.


As the customer service representative you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our high-profile clients receive a world-class travel experience. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating lasting impressions. This role requires advanced English language skills, a keen eye for detail, previous experience in customer service, and a background in luxury customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to upsell exclusive travel packages to enhance our clients' journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique travel preferences and requirements.
  • Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and courteous assistance via various communication channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell premium travel packages and services to enhance clients' travel experiences.
  • Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their travel arrangements meet or exceed expectations.
  • Warm Calling: Initiate warm calls to clients for personalized travel recommendations and offers.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our travel experts and other teams to deliver exceptional service and experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and exclusive offerings to provide expert advice to clients


Requirements

  • Advanced English language skills, nearly native proficiency.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales roles.
  • Background in luxury customer service, ideally in hospitality or tourism.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly attentive to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
  • Passion for travel and a desire to create extraordinary experiences for clients.


Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management, operations management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Background in hospitality at the front desk, concierge, and guest experience.


This position is 100% remote.
