We are looking for a fully remote Customer Experience Representative to join us in the pursuit of our vision and support our customers providing safe, reliable electrical solutions.

The mission of our Customer Experience Representatives is to process customer requests in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy and to the complete satisfaction of ESL customers.

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
  • Responsible for acknowledging receipt, reviewing, processing and confirming customer purchase orders.
  • Entering new customers and contacts in the ERP and CRM systems following established procedures.
  • Managing customer complaints by gathering all facts and working with internal departments to close complaint cases within established standards and procedures.
  • Proactively communicating order and complaint case status to customers.
  • In coordination with Project Managers, ensures custom engineered product orders are entered in the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE*
  • This position requires a college degree.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, including data entry

  • Turno de 8 horas

Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)

Experiencia :

  • Sistemas ERP y CRP : 4 años (Obligatorio)
  • Customer service en la industria automotriz / manufactura : 4 años (Deseable)
  • Salesforce : 2 años (Deseable)

Idioma :

Inglés Avanzado, conversacional y escrito (Obligatorio)
