JOB DUCK IS HIRING A CUSTOMER SERVICES COORDINATOR JobDuck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to workfrom home for a single U.

S.-based business. As a Customer ServiceCoordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancingclient satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, andensuring a positive overall experience.

You will serve as a liaisonbetween clients and the company, actively building and maintainingstrong client relationships while engaging in collaborative effortswith various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Thestarting salary is USD 1030 Duties and responsibilities willinclude, but are not limited to the following :

  • Cultivating andnurturing client relationships to build lasting rapport.
  • Engagingin client communication through email, telephone, and Zoom.
  • Conducting monthly check-ins to gauge and enhance clienthappiness.
  • Participating in feedback calls with clients.
  • Recognizing opportunities for clients to integrate additionalcompany services and staff, in alignment with the fast track model.
  • Actively encouraging client referrals during feedback sessions.
  • Generating tickets for client issues and requests, ensuring promptresolution.
  • Maintaining up-to-date databases with comprehensivecommunication notes.
  • Diligently updating reports and ensuringmeticulous attention to reporting deadlines.
  • Providing support toclients by addressing billing and financial inquiries.
  • Initiatingrequests for new client deals to facilitate business growth. Skillsand Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in customerservice, client relations, or any related role.
  • Familiarity withMS Office, and Zoom.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues.
  • Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adaptand thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customerrelationship management (CRM) tools
  • Good telephone communicationetiquette and a high level of professionalism.
  • Although salesexperience is preferred, it is not required.
