Job Description: Customer Experience Concierge


WeRemoto is partnering with a premier travel management company, specializing in exclusive trips for high-profile clients. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual for the role of Customer Experience Concierge. This hybrid position combines the essential elements of Customer Service, Direct Sales, and Program Management Support to ensure our clients receive unparalleled service and memorable travel experiences.


Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding unique travel preferences and requirements.
  • Provide personalized assistance and recommendations, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty.


Customer Support:


  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and courteously through various communication channels.
  • Ensure seamless communication and assistance, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Issue Resolution:


  • Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a positive and seamless travel experience.
  • Act as a problem-solving expert, turning challenges into opportunities for customer delight.

Upselling and Sales:


  • Identify opportunities to upsell premium travel packages and services, enhancing clients' travel experiences.
  • Engage in warm calls, providing personalized travel recommendations and exclusive offers.

Program Management Support:

  • Assist in the coordination of special deals and offers, such as 2-for-1 promotions and unique travel opportunities.
  • Guide clients through the details of their trips, collecting necessary information and ensuring a smooth registration process.

Record Keeping and Follow-Up:


  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their travel arrangements meet or exceed expectations.


Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with travel experts and other teams to deliver exceptional service and seamless travel experiences.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and exclusive offerings to provide expert advice to clients.


Requirements

  • Advanced English language skills, nearly native proficiency.
  • 1 or 2 years of previous experience in Customer Service or Sales roles.
  • Background in luxury customer service, ideally in hospitality or tourism.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly attentive to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Project management and multitasking ability.

  • Passion for travel and a desire to create extraordinary experiences for clients.


Preferred:


  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of travel regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Background in hospitality as front desk, concierge, or guest experience.
  • Sales or upselling experience is a plus.


This position is 100% remote.
