JOB DUCK IS HIRING A COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSADMINISTRATOR Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matchescandidates to work from home for a single U.

S.-based business, inmost cases a law firm. We are looking for a motivated Compensationand Benefits Administrator to join our team.

The Compensation andBenefits Administrator oversees, manages, and administers thecompany's compensation and benefits programs.

This role is criticalfor developing programs to improve employee performance andsatisfaction. The starting salary is USD 900.

Duties andresponsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

  • Manages payroll for team members, checking and ensuring accuracy ofpayroll data and reports.
  • Respond to team members inquiriesrelated to payroll and benefits on a timely manner.
  • Facilitateresolutions to any payroll errors or questions.
  • Prepare stipendsfor team members.
  • Processing supplemental payment requests.
  • Work closely with the Internal HR Partners on complex employeeinquiries.
  • Keeping track of paid time off requests.
  • Act as afocal point of contact for the Time and Absences system for teammembers.
  • Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.
  • Workingalongside the Process department in evaluating and modifyingexisting compensation and benefits programs, policies, andprocedures.
  • Assist with the annual year-end processes such asbonus, salary, and long-term incentive plan.
  • Conduct legalcompliance research to ensure the company policies comply withrelevant laws
  • Keeping all the databases up to date.
  • Ensures thecorrect documentation of employee performance reviews, and suggestspredicted compensation increases.
  • Continuous monitoring ofemployee referral and processing referral program bonus. Skills andQualifications :
  • At least six months of experience in a similarrole.
  • Advanced or native-level English skills (written and spoken)
  • A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,Accounting or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR operations andknowledge of best practices.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, andproblem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with database management.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • People management and discretion.
