About the Role
We are looking for a Client Caller / Technical Coordinator who will act as the bridge between our U.S.-based clients and development team. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid software background to effectively understand client needs and coordinate with engineers.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide updates
- Translate client needs into clear tasks for the development team
- Coordinate with developers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
- Follow up on progress, blockers, and deadlines
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) - Native Speaker without an accent
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. clients in a professional setting
- Background in software development or technical field
- Good understanding of software development processes
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Compensation
- $1,500 – $4,000 USD per month (based on experience)
