Formulate and implement strategies to boost the company andmake it more efficient.Perform analysis of trends, productivity andquality parameters.

Identify issues and implement the changes andimprovements needed to fix them.Manage the cash flow of thecompany.Identify opportunities for expansion and growth : futureinvestments, M&A, lines of business, etc.

Develop strategies forfinancial performance monitoring.Carry out the structure ofreports, financial economic analysis and budgetary control.
