Formulate and implement strategies to boost the company andmake it more efficient.- Perform analysis of trends, productivityand quality parameters.

Identify issues and implement the changesand improvements needed to fix them.- Manage the cash flow of thecompany.- Identify opportunities for expansion and growth : futureinvestments, M&A, lines of business, etc.

• Develop strategiesfor financial performance monitoring.- Carry out the structure ofreports, financial economic analysis and budgetary control.
• Manageand lead all teams in the area, getting involved in theirdevelopment and hiring strategy.- Lead the company's IPOprocess.

Here's what we are looking for : - Marked level of attentionto detail in daily work.- Analytical capacity and proactivity.

• Previous experience as a CFO is mandatory.- Previous experience inManagement roles (ideally in service companies).- Strongcommunication skills, negotiation and interpersonal relationships.
• Previous experience working with IT companies is a plus.- IPOexperience is a plus.- Being a graduate of the career of NationalPublic Accountant is a plus.
