• 💬 Follow our proven script to guide conversations — but bring your own personality and warmth!
• 📅 Schedule appointments and help patients begin their journey to pain relief.
• 🤝 Build trust and create lasting impressions with every call.
• 📈 Track your progress and aim to exceed performance goals.
• 🧠 Keep records organized and up-to-date in our CRM system.

🌟 What You Bring to the Table

• ✅ Experience in phone sales or customer service, especially cold or warm calling.
• ✅ Fluent English skills (spoken and written).
• ✅ Excellent communication and people skills.
• ✅ Ability to follow a script and think on your feet.
• ✅ Detail-oriented and well-organized.
• ✅ Familiarity with CRM software and remote tools.
• ✅ Reliable internet and electricity.

📅Working schedule:

(You can choose the one that fits you the best)  

1. Wednesday to Friday from 8am to 2pm + Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.

2. Thursday to Monday from 8 or 9am to 4 pm.
