Job title FinancialPlanning Lead Purpose of the Job As a Financial Planning Lead,you'll support the organization by preparing and analyzingfinancial information and providing timely reports to thecorporation.

Working on integrating and improving thefinance / operations controls systems that impact the quality ofinformation. In this role, you'll collaborate with keyinternal / external business partners in Corporate Finance, AccountsReceivables, Business Risk, Auditors, and Tax Advisors.

Responsibilities - Standardize and Integrate Financial InformationSystems. - Support monthly financial closing process, reviewingthat all P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts balances are correct.

• Prepare information for month-end finance reports to thecorporation. - P&L and BS variance analysis VS plan and prioryear direct Opex and global functions.
• Prepare SOXreconciliations and other account balances. - Reconciliationanalyzing and improving the sources of information.
• Prepare otheraccount balance reconciliations analyzing and improving the sourcesof information. - Participate in the ongoingdevelopment / establishment of accounting / operation policies andprocedures, including the review and implementation of process andsystem changes.
• Prepare information for the Statutory / CorporateAudits and Business Risk reviews. - Support the annual budgetpreparation.

Requirements - University Degree related to Accountingor Finance. - 5 years of experience in finance / general accountingwith multinational companies, or 3 years of relevant workingexperience with Big Four Accounting Firms.

• Good knowledge of IFRSand local NIF. - Experience in working with ERP functionalities. -Deep Knowledge of SOX for internal controls.
• Advanced- verbal andwritten- English communication skills- a must. - Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel. - Ability to work within deadlines while providinghigh-quality information.
• Pro-active, positive, and energeticattitude with a passion for achieving results and commitment togetting the job done.
