What You’ll be Doing Doyou have a passion for helping others and giving them peace ofmind? Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly,consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issueswith a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customerexperience being just average or an exceptional one. During aTypical Day, You’ll

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolvetheir issues What You Bring to the Role
  • Advanced English andSpanish both written and spoken
  • Open availability to work anyshift, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to navigatethrough several web applications simultaneously (multitask)
  • Competency using Microsoft Windows
