Thanks for checking out our job post! We are a rapidly growing virtual receptionist company based in Southern California with staff in the United States, Latin America and the Philippines. You will be working alongside another colleague based in Argentina. We are hiring appointment setters to follow up with WARM pre-qualified prospects.
These leads are sourced through cold email and social media ads. You will call people that already indicated interest in our service to follow up and book a meeting. If they sign up for our service, you are paid a commission. These are NOT cold calls.

- Internet speed - at least 30mpbs
- Stable internet and power - to be discussed in interview
- Previous sales experience
- EXCELLENT English - very important
Remote (U.S. based company)
- Lead Management: Engage with warm, qualified leads that the company has already sourced. This is not a cold-calling role; these are leads that have shown an initial interest in our services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team to discuss our services in greater depth. Ensure all appointments are correctly logged and tracked in the GoHighLevel CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and valued.
- CRM Management: Regularly update and manage leads in the GoHighLevel CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and noted.
- Feedback Collection: Relay any common questions, concerns, or feedback from potential clients to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English: Must have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Minimal to No Accent: Given the nature of the role and the target audience, candidates should have very minimal to no discernible accent.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms is a plus.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting or sales, especially in a B2B environment, is required, no exceptions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate clearly, listen actively, and establish quick rapport with business owners.
- Highly Organized: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
