Acquisitions Team Lead — Remote
A top South Florida real estate investment firm is hiring a remote Acquisitions Team Lead to own the closing function for our wholesale acquisitions pipeline. This is a sales-driven role for a closer who can convert motivated seller leads into signed contracts and lead a team of acquisition reps to do the same.

What You'll Do:
- Respond to and close inbound and outbound motivated seller leads
- Act as the lead point of contact for sellers from first call to signed contract
- Build rapport, uncover seller motivation, overcome objections, and negotiate win-win agreements
- Underwrite offers and work with the operations team to move signed contracts to close
- Manage the full acquisitions pipeline in CRM with daily discipline
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of acquisition reps to monthly closing targets
- Run daily team huddles, deliver sales training, and coach team members on recorded calls
- Conduct 1-on-1 performance reviews, build performance improvement plans, and manage underperformers
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new acquisition team members as the team scales
- Create and manage SOPs for the acquisitions function
- Report acquisitions performance and pipeline metrics to the COO
Who You Are:
- A proven closer. 3–5 years of sales closing experience, ideally in real estate wholesale acquisitions, with a track record of locking up contracts at scale.
- Phone-dominant. Extremely strong phone skills, comfortable spending the day on calls, setting appointments, and closing over the phone.
- Self-driven. You don't wait to be told what to do. You set the pace, hit the numbers, and pull the team with you.
- A go-getter with ownership mentality. You treat the pipeline like it's your own business.
- A leader by example. You can run KPIs, coach reps, hold the line on accountability, and still lead by closing deals yourself.
- Process-oriented. You can build and run SOPs, not just execute them.
- A clear communicator, written and verbal.
- Comfortable in real estate CRM, MLS, and lead management tools — or able to learn them fast.
Required Skills & Background:
- 3–5 years of sales closing experience (real estate wholesale acquisitions strongly preferred)
- Prior team lead, sales management, call center management, or high-volume sales floor experience preferred
- Proficiency with real estate CRM systems (Podio, REsimpli, InvestorFuse, GoHighLevel, or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office
- Reliable home office setup, high-speed internet, and quiet work environment
- Ability to work US Eastern Time business hours, with some nights and weekends as needed
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
