About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support a U.S.-based consulting company’s client engagement and sales operations teams.

- Prepare reports, track metrics, and support forecasting processes.
- Assist with documentation, proposals, contracts, and internal records.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between internal teams, consultants, and clients.
- Support client-facing communication when needed, helping ensure clarity and responsiveness.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team, delivery team, vendors, and external partners.
- Monitor task progress, deadlines, and deliverables for the sales and client engagement teams.
- Support account planning, event coordination, and logistics for internal/external meetings.
- Help implement and improve processes, working alongside leaders to streamline workflows.
- Track and manage sales metrics, account activity, and candidate/client pipeline data.
- Run reports and organize dashboards to support leadership visibility.
- Use tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, project management platforms, and internal databases to keep everything aligned.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in sales operations, project coordination, administrative support, or similar roles.
- Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred but not required).
- Comfortable coordinating across teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Tech-savvy and fluent in tools like Google Workspace, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Proactive with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communicator — asks clarifying questions and anticipates needs.
- Collaborative and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Reliable, accountable, and committed to high-quality work.
