We are looking for an Argentina based Recruiter to supplement our efforts in sourcing talent in the United States.

The position is fully remote and will be compensated with a combination of a base salary + bonus structure that is tied to each successful placement. We are seeking someone who is very motivated to excel in their craft and thus we are providing the incentive structure that rewards hard work ethic, tenacity, savviness, integrity, long-term mindset in forming relationships and detail-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable sourcing candidates on a wide range of positions with very particular requirements. The role will require interviewing and matching new US based talent frequently; and having an ability to determine a candidate's potential career track through these initial interviews and follow up interaction. You should have excellent organizational & communication skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates of the highest caliber.

  • Recruitment Focus Areas: Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Transformation, Investment Analysis, Taxation, Audit, Global Risk, Strategy, Advisory, Operational & Technical Accounting, Controllership, Compliance, Financial Reporting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Valuation, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) and more. We are also currently expanding into Technology and HR + Operations direct hire staffing.
  • Verticals: Direct hire search only (Contingent & Retained structures), we do not entertain temp / contract staffing.


  • Job Requisition Intake: Collaborating with US based Recruiting Managers better understand each hiring need, requirements, preferences to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to the client’s unique opportunity.
  • Candidate Engagement: Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with a diverse talent pool. This will require extensive and routine communication and eventually (we don't expect this in the first few years) acting as the talent’s career coach.
  • Candidate Screening: Connecting with new and existing talent to complete thorough and detailed screenings and unlock key candidate information such as work history, skillset proficiencies, qualifications, requirements, and preferences. All information to be noted within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/System of Record (SoR).
  • Candidate Presentation: Working collaboratively with talent pool to ensure accurate representation of their candidacy to clients for consideration of their job opportunity. This includes resume formatting/revision, candidate profile development, and official presentation to clients.
  • Talent Matrix Management: Consistently maintaining a robust talent pipeline by proactively identifying, engaging, connecting, screening, and communicating with talent within areas of recurring need.
  • Documentation & Recordkeeping: Documenting all communications and updates within ATS/SoR to ensure all records are up-to-date with latest information.
  • Market Analysis & Insights: Leveraging subject matter expertise to educate candidates on market realities including pay, talent demand, hiring trends, and other key data.
  • Personal Brand & Network: Build and maintain a professional brand and network, as well as a well-connected web of influence that emphasizes and demonstrates your ability to be a valuable resource to candidates and clients.


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience: 3+ years of direct experience in staffing for US companies.
  • Communication: Must possess exceptional English Language communication skills, both written and verbal, for extensive communication and collaboration with a group of diverse professionals at various career levels. This includes active listening skills, effective messaging, effective questioning, and tailoring communication to the target audience.
  • Technical Acumen: Must possess or have a desire to gain a strong understanding of all roles, technologies, and industry trends, with the ability to engage candidates and accurately represent their skills and qualifications to clients.
  • Computer Savvy: Must be computer literate with proficiency in basic Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and have prior experience utilizing ATS/CRM tools.
  • Job Board Management: Ability to effectively navigate multiple job boards for job posting, talent scouting, and initial candidate outreach/engagement.
  • Energy: Sociable and outgoing personality, energized through working with people, high vitality level and energy reserve.
  • Accountable & Responsible: Holds self accountable and responsible to the standards set by the organization including weekly metric tracking, KPIs, Benchmarks, and other performance management initiatives.
  • Detailed & Organized: Must be able to take and maintain detailed notes, remain organized, and work within structure.
  • Time Management: Must be able to effectively manage personal calendar while prioritizing duties/responsibilities/projects.
