About the Role
We are helping our client expand their project delivery team and are looking for a Project Manager who can serve as the operational connector between leadership, consultants, and clients across multiple time zones. This is not a micro-management role. It is about facilitating clarity, organizing information flow, and ensuring that priorities and deliverables move forward efficiently. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled in communication and coordination.
This position is 100% remote, Full Time ( 40 hours per week), ideal for professionals in LATAM who can align with U.S. CST or EST working hours. Compensation range will be discussed during the first interview.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across teams. While the specific department may vary, your core responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning & Coordination:
- Develop project timelines, manage schedules, coordinate milestones, and ensure progress stays on track.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the connection point between leadership, consultants, sales teams, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
- Meeting & Agenda Management:
- Prepare agendas, document action items, track follow-ups, and ensure meetings lead to clear decisions and next steps.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain clear documentation, update trackers, prepare project status reports, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Flag potential roadblocks early, propose solutions, and help teams prioritize to keep projects moving forward.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Ensure all parties receive timely updates, clarify expectations, and anticipate information or support needed for successful execution.
- Tool & System Management:
- Use project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar) to organize work, assign tasks, and maintain visibility across projects.
- Support Organizational Initiatives:
- Assist with internal initiatives, onboarding activities, documentation updates, or operational support where needed.
- Maintain Quality & Consistency:
- Ensure deliverables meet high standards, are aligned with business goals, and are delivered on time.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management or project coordination (preferably in consulting, technology, or professional services).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong time-management and prioritization abilities.
- Highly organized and reliable, with a proactive mindset.
- Experience working with cross-functional or remote teams.
- Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Advanced English level (C1–C2).
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to operate calmly and logically under pressure.
