Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact in communications with vendors.
Troubleshoot basic information technology issues.
Prepare various reports.
Coordinate purchase of firm materials.
Ordering business cards.
Research and recommendations.
Updating letterheads.
Keeping track of property management stuff.
Assisting with the creation and management of organizational tools.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational position.
Full fluency in both English and Spanish (C2 level in English).
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks.
Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
Effectively demonstrate oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and to pitch in whenever necessary,
Ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Experience working with Google Workspace like Sheets and Drive highly desirable, as well as Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.
Ability to maintain confidential records.
