We’re looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our marketing initiatives.
Position Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing team by executing a variety of strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will assist with
- digital marketing related projects,
- creating compelling content,
- supporting and monitoring social media platforms,
- analyzing campaign performance,
- monitoring CRM activity and insight,
- orchestrating events strategy, and
- collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, a creative thinker, and has a strong desire to grow in the marketing field.
This role is located in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, digital advertising, etc.)
- Create and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing platforms
- Help track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors
- Support the coordination of events, promotions, and product launches
- Manage and update the company’s website and social media accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials are consistent with brand messaging and voice
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including email templates, banners, and advertisements
- Stay up to date on industry trends and digital marketing best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field (internships and freelance work are also valuable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and social media management tools
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing, etc.)
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Experience with Google Analytics or other analytics tools
