This is a remote, full-time position requiring a high level of energy, confidence, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to real estate agents (leads provided) to qualify interest, invite them to upcoming events, and book strategy sessions with our coaching team.
- Consistently set a minimum of 5 qualified, high-converting appointments per day, maintaining top-tier accuracy, professionalism, and follow-through to support coaching enrollment goals.
- Maintain high call volume—500 to 700+ dials per day—while keeping a confident, enthusiastic, and engaging phone presence.
- Log and manage all call activity, notes, and follow-ups within CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking and pipeline visibility
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
- C1–C2 level English (spoken and written); must understand U.S. tone and culture
- Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting; experience in real estate or coaching is a plus but not required
- Strong ability to handle objections and follow up professionally, with persistence and empathy
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus (e.g., Prospect Boss, Follow Up Boss); CRM training will be provided
- Comfortable working in a structured, accountable environment with time tracking tools, active participation in Zoom meetings, and real-time team collaboration during calls
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and download speeds to ensure consistent call quality and system performance
- A laptop or desktop computer to fully dedicate to the position
- High-quality headset with noise-canceling capabilities and a quiet, distraction-free work environment—both are required for professional client communication
- Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours, preferably aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Additional Details
This is a full-time role (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday.
Compensation: $6–$7 USD per hour, depending on experience.
