We are seeking an experienced Industry Solution SAP Retail Consultant with expertise in SAP Retail solutions at an expert level. Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement for this role. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of SAP Retail industry solutions and will be capable of providing expert consultation and support to our clients in the retail sector.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and design SAP Retail solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
- Configure and customize SAP Retail industry solutions to align with client processes and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for retail business processes including merchandise management, pricing, promotions, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Retail solutions with other modules and systems.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide ongoing support during project implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Retail solution functionality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and SAP Retail solution advancements, recommending enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Document configurations, processes, and user guides as per project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an SAP Retail Consultant or in a similar role.
- Expertise in SAP Retail industry solutions, including configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Fluent in English (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in SAP Retail solutions is desirable.
