Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter with a strong network in Latin America (LATAM) and other global talent markets to help us identify and hire top-tier software engineers.

This role will start as a 2-month contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage high-quality software engineers from LATAM and other regions
• Leverage your existing network and recruiting channels to quickly build a strong candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates for:
• Technical background
• Communication skills (strong emphasis on fluent English)
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
• Strong and active network of software engineers in Latin America
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Ability to assess candidates’ communication and professionalism
• Experience hiring for backend, frontend, or full-stack roles
