Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter with a strong network in Latin America (LATAM) and other global talent markets to help us identify and hire top-tier software engineers.
This role will start as a 2-month contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage high-quality software engineers from LATAM and other regions
- Leverage your existing network and recruiting channels to quickly build a strong candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates for:
- Technical background
- Communication skills (strong emphasis on fluent English)
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
- Strong and active network of software engineers in Latin America
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Ability to assess candidates’ communication and professionalism
- Experience hiring for backend, frontend, or full-stack roles
