Need to have qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM.
  • Expertise in setting up, customizing, and managing HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to optimize HubSpot for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting HubSpot data to enhance campaign performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have qualifications:

  • Certification in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, or CRM platforms.
  • Experience working in an agency or managing multiple client accounts.
  • Skills in automation beyond HubSpot (e.g., Zapier or custom integrations).

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance data and develop comprehensive reports to inform and enhance strategic decisions.
  • Create and refine automated workflows, sales processes, and customer journeys within HubSpot to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure HubSpot strategies are fully aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide training to team members, equipping them to use HubSpot effectively in their roles.
  • Diagnose and resolve HubSpot-related issues, coordinating with HubSpot support when necessary.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within HubSpot.
