We are looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing and Growth Specialist. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of Airpals.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in strategy, marketing, sales, or related field

- Bachelor's degree

- Extensive technical experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, product-led growth, performance, and digital marketing tools and strategies.

- Experience in organic growth, SEO, lead generation, email marketing, and copywriting.

- Experience and proven record of working with marketing, marketing analytics, or growth

- Exceptional Excel / data management skills

- Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as partner management, consensus building, and project management

- Attention to detail

- Tech-savvy

- Organized and self-sufficient

- Highly competitive with a "drive to win the business"

- This is a client-facing role and this position requires the ability to speak up confidently and with authority

Responsibilities:

- You will work alongside other team members and other stakeholders to meet meeting traffic, revenue, ad spend, and profit goals

- Manage day-to-day execution and marketing budgets

- Conduct hands-on bid optimization

- Test business proposals to potential and current clients

- Propose, and manage the execution of the marketing calendar

- Coordinate the simplification and scalability of our acquisition strategies

- Own the communications with clients and other marketing stakeholders

- Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize revenue potential

- Coordinate contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the executive, operations, and product teams

- Build and document growth and acquisition strategies or processes

- Keep project management processes up to date

- Conduct A/B test and communicate results and recommendations with the team and senior leadership

- Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential

- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities in the digital landscape

Bonus Points:

- Experience working at a tech startup

- Data analysis skills (SQL language knowledge)

- Expertise in Agile methodology
