We're a high-performing U.S.-based real estate investment company that closes 100+ deals per year. We're looking for a
Real Estate Disposition Sales Specialist
to help match our investment property inventory with active buyers. You'll join a remote-first team that moves fast, celebrates wins, and offers long-term growth for the right individual.

🔑 Responsibilities
· Market off-market and exclusive investment properties to a curated list of investor-buyers
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing buyers
· Negotiate sale prices, contract terms, and closing timelines
· Manage leads and daily outreach using CRM tools (40–50 contacts per day expected)
· Track activity, buyer feedback, and pipeline updates consistently
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clean and fast closing
✅ Minimum Qualifications
6+ months of experience
in real estate sales (ideally working with investment properties or investors)
Proven experience with outbound communication (calls, texts, emails) at high volume
Comfortable negotiating and closing deals over the phone
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
