
[We are seeking a bilingual Digital Marketing & Administrative Assistant who is creative, organized, and tech-savvy. The ideal candidate will support our marketing campaigns, manage our online presence, and assist with day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Schedule and design posts, ads, and video content using Canva, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools.
Assist with CRM organization and client outreach (via WhatsApp, email, and phone).
Support online listings and marketplace integrations (Zillow, Realtor.com, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
Coordinate digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
Manage basic office admin duties: data entry, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Translate and proofread English ↔ Spanish marketing content.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish – written and spoken).
1+ year experience in digital marketing or administrative support.
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
