Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring a positive and helpful experience for all callers.
  • Schedule and manage appointments based on client and company requirements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, maintaining records, and providing updates as needed.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive client information.
  • Support other administrative functions as required by the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in using phone systems, scheduling tools, and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls and virtual tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote team environment.
