- Someone who knows how to grow accounts organically (not just post pretty things)
If you love talking to a camera and turning ideas into content that actually gets engagement… this is your lane.
🔥 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and grow our Instagram organically
- Be the on-camera personality for reels, stories, and posts
- Create content that feels real, relatable, and scroll-stopping
- Stay ahead of IG trends, algorithm changes, and content formats
- Work closely with our team to execute content ideas that align with our brand and results
- Make sure everything we post looks, sounds, and feels on brand
✅ YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU:
- Have proven experience growing Instagram accounts organically
- Have content where YOU are on camera (Reels, videos, stories)
- Understand hooks, retention, and why people actually stop scrolling
- Are confident, charismatic, and comfortable speaking on camera
- Have strong English communication skills (B2/C1)
- Can work remotely and independently
