Pay: $850 USD monthly or $865,337.06 Argentine Peso monthly

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Claim Analyst at Euclid File Solutions. The Claim Analyst will be responsible for processing claims, analyzing files to determine if they represent viable opportunities, and developing the best course of action to successfully resolve the claim. The role involves reviewing claim information, ensuring accurate processing, and conducting effective communication with team members and clients. Additionally, the Claim Analyst will be expected to research local probate court public records to assess whether cases involving deceased owners require attorney intervention and to build actionable strategies for claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze claims to determine if they represent opportunities worth pursuing.
• Develop a detailed course of action to efficiently complete claims and maximize success rates.
• Process claims with accuracy, ensuring all documentation and forms are complete.
• Search local probate court public records to evaluate whether legal intervention is necessary for deceased owner files.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to share insights and updates related to claims.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information and provide updates throughout the claims process.
• Maintain organized and detailed records of all claims and research activities.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Claims Processing: Ability to assess claims for viability and create strategies for successful resolution.
• Effective Communication: Strong ability to convey information clearly to team members and clients.
• Knowledge of Heirship: Familiarity with identifying heirs and navigating related processes.
• Understanding of US Law: Knowledge of legal requirements, particularly in probate and estate claims.
• Research Skills: Competence in accessing and interpreting public records, particularly from local probate courts.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple claims while ensuring precision in documentation and communication.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Independence: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred (Law is a plus).
• Previous experience in a similar role or related field is an advantage.
• C2-level English proficiency.
