RYZ Labs is looking for a dynamic and results-drivenBusiness Development Representative for one of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities within the commercial sector. Your primary focus will be to generate new leads and promote and sell the company and services to commercial clients, while also nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential commercial clients
- Connect with potential clients via a combination of direct phone calls and follow-up emails and qualify via a pre-determined set of guidelines/rules to understand their needs
- Collaborate with and support internal teams to tailor solutions according to client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery
- Regularly meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company
- Build and maintain strong, client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through the conversion process to the sales team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our partner´s offerings
- Maintain accurate, updated account records/information by contact in CRM
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management
Qualifications:
- 2/3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
- Advanced English Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
