Sagan represents a company providing recruiting and onboarding support as an add-on service to their software. We are seeking a native Spanish-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting customers by managing the recruitment and onboarding process for Spanish-speaking applicants primarily from North and Central America.
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with a background in HR or employee support. They should be comfortable communicating via text and over the phone, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and support to both applicants and clients.
