Role Overview:
FlyFlat is seeking an Account Executive to manage and drive sales growth for its Pro Plan, targeting individuals and SMEs. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads, conducting sales outreach, closing deals, and maintaining high client satisfaction. The role will require working closely with the COO, Head of Growth, and concierge teams to ensure seamless service and maximize customer satisfaction. This position offers uncapped earning potential with profit-based commissions and equity.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Pro Plan members, tailoring travel solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Client Fulfillment with Concierge Team: Work with the concierge team to ensure smooth service for FlyFlat Pro users, including reviewing and improving team communications.
- Sales Outreach & Conversion: Engage and onboard inbound leads via Zoom, phone, WhatsApp, and email. You will manage a sales funnel that includes 100+ weekly leads and convert these leads into FlyFlat Pro members.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Regular use of HubSpot for logging activity, maintaining outreach, and tracking customer interactions. Provide weekly reports on outreach and client pipeline.
- Product & Process Suggestions: Proactively suggest improvements to the FlyFlat Pro Plan and internal processes, particularly related to automated emails and reporting.
- In-Person Customer Acquisition: Travel for events, conferences, and client meetings to build relationships and drive customer acquisition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with FlyFlat leadership (COO, Head of Growth) and other team members to implement sales strategies and contribute to company growth.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in luxury sales, membership development, or concierge services within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Experience managing high-net-worth clients and providing luxury customer service.
- Access to a distraction-free workspace with excellent internet connectivity and your own laptop.
- Proven track record of sales success and pipeline management.
- Proficient with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex enterprise negotiations.
- A passion for international travel and a deep understanding of the luxury travel industry.
