About the Role
GAO Tek Inc. is seeking Tech Support Interns to assist with technical troubleshooting, documentation, product support, website content, AI-assisted research, and customer support while collaborating with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with technical troubleshooting and issue documentation.
Support technical documentation and knowledge base updates.
Research IoT, engineering, and test & measurement technologies.
Create and edit website/product content using AI tools.
Assist with webpage formatting and publishing.
Participate in issue tracking and quality improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and support teams.
Analyze recurring technical support issues.
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
Interest in IoT, engineering products, and technical support.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of IoT, embedded systems, or wireless technologies.
Experience with WordPress/CMS.
Basic web development or UI/UX knowledge.
Technical documentation or customer support experience.
