Location: Remote. LATAM sourcing focus: Brazil. Compensation: Confirmed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM US Eastern time; shifts may adjust for coverage.

About the Role:

Lead technical support delivery while staying hands-on with complex infrastructure. Own advanced escalations, coach support technicians and maintain reliable Windows, Microsoft 365, cloud and network environments for a managed IT services provider.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor L1/L2 technicians, ticket queues, escalation workflows and service-delivery quality.

- Resolve complex L3 infrastructure, cloud and network issues.

- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.

- Maintain TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewall policies, routing, Wi-Fi and VoIP environments.

- Improve backup and disaster-recovery solutions, technical documentation and escalation playbooks.

- Communicate clearly with clients and help maintain service-level commitments.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of IT systems or infrastructure experience, ideally in an MSP.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

- Hands-on Windows Server 2016+, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.

- 2+ years leading, supervising, or owning senior / L3 escalations.

- Enterprise networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, and VoIP.

- Backups and disaster recovery (Veeam, Backup Exec, or similar) plus SOPs.

- Strong English and available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST, with flexibility for 24h coverage.
