Position Overview:
Build your remote career supporting US home services businesses. Choose the role where your experience is strongest.
Key Responsibilities — Separate Role Tracks:
Recruiter (USD 1,500–2,000 per month): Source and screen applicants, coordinate interviews, maintain hiring pipelines and work with branch managers on staffing needs.
People Operations Coordinator (USD 1,500–2,000 per month): Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee documentation and support performance-review and people-process administration.
Qualifications:
Clear written and spoken English, availability for US business hours and at least two years of relevant professional experience. Track-specific experience:
– Recruiter: 3+ years; Full-cycle recruiting, ATS records and behavioral interviewing; trades or home-services recruiting is useful.
– People Operations Coordinator: 2+ years; People operations or HR coordination, onboarding, organized records and confidential communication.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting US home services businesses. Explain your actual industry exposure in your resume; related experience will be reviewed for the specific role.
