š General Description
Lavendo is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruiting cycle for sales, GTM, and technical roles. The position includes outbound sourcing, candidate screening, pipeline management, relationship management, and driving placements through signed offers.
š Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Proactively source candidates through outreach tools, social media, and creative strategies.
ā¢ Conduct HR screening calls and assess candidate fit.
ā¢ Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
ā¢ Communicate with clients, candidates, and internal teammates.
ā¢ Meet weekly activity targets and monthly placement goals.
ā¢ Identify issues, share ideas, and contribute to team improvements.
šÆ Requirements
ā¢ Fluent English is a hard requirement.
ā¢ Proactive, accountable, coachable, and results-oriented mindset.
ā¢ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
ā¢ 0ā3 years of experience in an outbound or client-facing role such as sales, customer success, account management, or recruiting is a plus, but not required.
ā¢ Availability to overlap with U.S. Pacific Time until at least 3 PM PT.
